Could not use for its needed purpose

It works well with regular soap, however, liquid lava does not pump through. Wish the handle on top was more firm.

Doesn't last but free replacements

This soap dispenser came with my faucet and although it works well it doesn't last. Ive replaced it 3 times in 5 years. On the bright side Peerless has been great with their customer support and has provided the replacements free of charge every time. So the warranty department and customer service alone is 5 stars.

Comes with much more, too bad!

Totally satisfied, however the site images are not complete. This unit actually comes with sink mount , extension tube, and bottle however since they did not go to the trouble to list all the components , I grade a one star. I had to order other products to compensate , now need to return those product as they were not need! Further, "Report incorrect product information" link to report issues was dead. Shoddy work Amazon. Please fix link.

Imitation item not good quality

I purchased a new Peerless faucet with soap dispenser earlier this week. I wanted a 2nd dispenser for hand soap so I ordered this one since the item number matched and stated it was Peerless brand. I received it today and it not the same quality as the original. Very cheap, shipped in a bag without a box or branding, missing the seal and is shorter than the original by about a 1/3-1/2 inch. Very disappointed and I will be returning this item.
