Like the fit

Bike shorts are always hard to find. This pair works good. Don't know what else to say.

It makes a good running short

Even when this is sold as a bike short I don't use it for cycling because it does not have padding. I use them for running. I don't use the super short running shorts and I like the length of this shorts. They are very comfortable to run and a good length for me. I gave it 4 stars because if it had a little side bag for my car key it would be perfect but they are not. The material is soft and comfortable and the seams don't bother me. I do long runs with these shorts (12 to 20 miles or full marathons) and they are comfy from the start until the end.

Not quite as supportive as I would like.

With the summer months I use bike shorts quite a bit. These are not as supportive as other Champion products I have use. They are alright but they feel as they will fall apart soon.

Not good for workouts

If you mostly want to buy yourself some stretchy shorts just to lounge around in and be super comfortable, then these will work great for you! I cannot deny that the comfort is amazing. However, I purchased them to work out in, and they're not good. Because the elastic at the waist is gentle, (again, awesome comfort), they don't say up once you start moving. I'm a runner and I was just CONSTANTLY yanking them back up about every two minutes or so. Seriously. I started timing how often I needed to do it. It's as obnoxious as all get-out. I wish I hadn't bought them because they're useless. I had Champion bike shorts before and loved them, but not this pair. It's also worth mentioning a very minor annoyance with the tag. I don't know what it's made from - it feels a bit more plastic-y than most tags - but if you sweat, it will stick to your skin. (Another issue with wearing these for workouts.) I won't notice until I go to the bathroom, but when I pull the shorts down, it feels like I'm peeling a sticker off of the back of my waist. I suppose it'd be nice if the sticky tag was sufficient to keep the shorts up while I'm running, but it's not. TLDR: Super comfy for sitting around in, lousy for an active workout.

Perfect!!!

I purchased a pair of these shorts for each of my children I have 3 girls.They absolutely love the way they fit. My 14 year old is size 4 in jeans the small fit her perfect,17 year old wears a size 7-8. My 12 year old is 8-9 and I bought the medium size for both of them. I am a size 9-10 in jeans and the medium fit me perfectly as well as the kids. They are a stretchy material they were not to tight or to loose. I will be buying a pair for myself hopefully soon. They are perfect for working out or just for fashion. Comfortable and there a great material doesn't make you sweat. The price was great as well.

Great upgrade to Champion's classic bike shorts

I'm a big fan of Champion's classic bike shorts. I wear them to the gym pretty much year-round, they are the perfect length to keep me cool without having to worry about my butt hanging out. They never ride up. But my older pairs were starting to fray at the seams - this was one of my few complaints about them, and it started happening as early as one month into ownership. These shorts have solved that problem with the SmoothTec waistband, which basically eliminates all of the sewn seams on the hems. The hems are now much more comfortable as well as not having to worry about them unraveling. My only complaint now is that the SmoothTec waistband is so high that it sometimes rolls down when I'm bending and moving around the gym, but that's probably partly just my body type (and tummy rolls!).

Very Transparent

I ordered a black XS. Fits as expected but very see through. Cute if you plan to wear an oversized with it, but if you plan to wear these out in the sunlight running or cycling just be prepared someone WILL SEE your booty and/or undies.
