nice paper
Just what I wanted for paper piecing. It was transparent, printed very well on my cheap printer and was thin so I could tear it off with out any damage to the seams. I did have to cut it to size my printer would accept but was easy to do with a rotary cutter. I would recommend this very much and will continue to buy it for other projects in making quilts

All The Skills Start Wiih Tracing For Some People
Very useful if you want to practice your line work by copying pubic domain drawings to train your fingers to do complicated art work and deconstruct images a section at a time to improve your skill for your own projects. Also good if you want to copy your own work by hand and transfer a drawing of yours to canvas sketchbook or wall. If you've read anything about art history you know the great masters of the past learned by first copying the work of their more famous contemporaries as they moved on to their own ideas and to learn techniques; a lot of art students do this today- you might see them sitting in quiet museums doing it if you look. Tracing is one technique; you can transfer one of your drawings over and over into a sketch book and then once that is done shade and color and even paint the same image in different ways.

I recently orderd this item, tracing paper from Pacon Corporation, through Amazon....and even more recently, (2 days ago) received it. I need tracing paper for drawing practice....and this is perfect! Although listed as "semi-transparent", it is more "transparent" than "semi", and has a nice consistency (20 lb bond), that stays very flat. To picture it in your mind, think of the tissue paper which once wrapped boxed women's nylon stockings....only more substancial, and slightly more transparent. Buying 500 pieces of paper at a time is a true bargain. Although I don't need any more right now, I might in the future.....and so I hereby beg the manufacturers to keep manufacturing it, so that more than 2 packages will appear in the near future!

Paper size bigger than regular letter
It doesn't fit to the standard printing letter size and it's only one type of tracing paper that recommended by ink suppliers for print.

Good Deal
Not the same quality paper as the ones you find in pads from stores that come in sheets of 50, but very close and if you need bulk tracing paper for basic needs as I do for studying Gross Anatomy, this is most certainly a better deal. It comes exactly as described-one big pack of 500 of sheets! It's been great not having to treat each sheet like gold.

Great!!!
These are sooooo great. Just what I need for tracing, when doing my Bible journaling. Makes my love shine on the pages and reinforces my faith. I have to trim to print on them, with my journaling class materials. But well worth the joy and happiness my soul feels with the word moving from my eyes, through my mind, onto the paper, and into my Bible.

Certainly Can Trace
Received in a hand created wrapper. Like it had originally been part of a much larger stack/package that was broken down into smaller stacks/packages. Needed it for a class and it worked well. Thickness/thinness was exactly as needed.

Great for homeschooling multiple kids and tracing pictures out of books
I primarily use this paper to save from having to buy homeschool books each year... particularly for the math fact sheets Saxon gives out. It's very easy to use, not too thick and not too thin, and holds up great to even the sharpest of pencils without having to also peer at it to see the lines underneath. Some good uses: tests, math fact sheets, other school work Tracing pictures out of their favorite picture book Art tracing books
