Clear Winner
This is the platinum product in its category, IMHO. I looked at a LOT of racks before ordering two of these, and I ordered in spite of a few negative reviews. Don't be misled by people who simply failed to assemble it correctly- these racks are great. They are far more solid, stable, and have greater capacity than the typical flimsy wire racks you'll normally see as "over the door" pantry racks. This rack is very cleverly designed and engineered and works great IF you pay a bit of attention to what you are doing when assembling it. The directions, which are illustrations only, could be clearer. Assembly is easy and requires no tools. You connect two pieces on each side with a provided connector that has two push-in buttons that lock it into place. That's the frame. You then attach the six baskets by putting them on molded pieces and turning a knob. Once you figure it out, assembly is about five minutes, if that. Here's a tip that will help you out - the baskets have a "front" and "back" - the mounting point is not in the middle of the basket depth; it divides the basket into rough one-third and two-thirds sections. The two-thirds portion goes toward the REAR of the unit (closer to the cupboard door) when you are assembling the rack. This makes sense, if you think about it, because it puts more of the weight toward the rear, against the door. Get this right and you won't have the problems a few people did. Everything fits well; if it doesn't, stop - you are doing something wrong. Second tip - assemble one "arm," attached all the baskets, then assemble and attach the second arm with the first lying on the ground, basket ends sticking up. You can greatly add to the stability of the rack and keep it from jumping around when you suddenly open or close the door by simply getting some wide-shouldered washers and screwing one through an opening at the back of each basket (or even every other basket), to help secure the unit to the closet door. You can also make the thing rock solid by using the "over the door" hanger without the "over-the-door" part and attaching the unit directly to the door with screws at the top (the door "hook" is designed up to be removed from the rest of the hanger with a few back and forth moves). The unit needs about 6-6 1/4 inches of clearance inside the pantry when closed. Make sure you've got that. This unit has great capacity, looks good, and is very definitely worth the money. I'm very glad I opted for this. These helped immeasurably in bringing order to my chaotic kitchen.

works well for my purposes but some "re-assembly" required
I have a tiny bathroom counter. Both sides of my sink were crammed with bottles, jars, cosmetics tubes, etc. I spent some time researching storage solutions. And then one day I realized that I never open one of my bathroom doors. I didn't want to drill something into the door, but I figured an over-the-door rack would work. I decided to buy this one. This is perfect for my needs. I've put some fairly heavy things in it (jars of coconut oil, a large bottle of mouthwash, contact solution, nail polish remover, various lotions, etc.) and it seems sturdy. It was very easy to hang over the door. The baskets have holes in the bottom that keep water from pooling. The sides of each basket are a few inches (maybe 2) high. Small items don't fall out. So I'm definitely glad I bought it. However, I have to take off a star for the assembly process and assembly instructions. The pictures in the instructions are very small and are not clear enough to see. Also, if you look in the product image, there are four black feet at the end of each side bar. Whoever put these together at the factory put them on backwards. You can't actually assemble the rack as instructed unless you first remove the feet and reposition them facing in the opposite direction. (For that you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a bit of upper body strength or a helper.) Based on the other reviews, this has been a problem for a few years. If you plan to use this on a door that you open and close regularly, make sure there is a bit of clearance at the top of the door (i.e., that it's not a super-snug fit). Otherwise, the metal hangers might damage your door frame. At any rate, once the assembly process was completed, I was happy with the product. If I had it to do over again, I'd go with the same rack.

YOU CAN HAVE AN ULTRA-ORGANIZED BATH IN A SNAP!!! (and easy to assemble)
This unit is simply AMAZING! I am not the world's most mechanically "in-tune" person-when I was younger I was much better but I suffered a TBI (traumatic brain injury) last year which has somewhat altered things so at first I had some problems w/assembly later in the evening and ended up getting frustrated and putting it aside for the next day. Sure enough, when I took apart what I had done the night before and started S-L-O-W-L-Y all over again, I noticed all the little parts that aren't really noticeable if you're rushing (or if you're not paying as much attention as you should!) that make it go together properly---like the knob that turns can only be placed one way; also how the shelves can only be shoved onto their fitting one way and if you don't do things exactly right, you can end up breaking some of the plastic pieces pretty easily, I would think. Once I figured out how to do it, I was done in 10 minutes. On to the product itself--It is wonderfully constructed -- extremely sturdy -- and even though I've never actually seen the similar product made with metal paint-coated wire up close and personal, I think I am convinced that this would hold up much better in a test. I am using it in my bathroom, which I SERIOUSLY!! needed some organizational help with and I have one more expandable shelf unit coming for under the sink where I keep different housecleaning and sanitary products. I have lived in my apartment for 19 years and really just never comprehended how tiny my bathroom is! If anyone out there is concerned with this not being able to hold a lot of products, I can assure you that mine is pretty well packed and holding together just fine. I did go with a suggestion a previous purchaser made and placed the heaviest items in the top 3 baskets since there are no worries about that section falling whatsoever. I'm a little concerned about the bottom section because the attachment doesn't seem as secure/reliable as they might have made it. IOW, I think they need to make some adjustments to that part of the design. My daughter and her husband have, quite possibly, the MOST organized apartment I've ever been in, and now I feel like I am competing (just a little bit!) because she has nothing whatsoever like this in her apartment and I think she'll want one as soon as she sees it!

Good - could be great
I would love to give this 5 stars. It's sturdy and so useful, and so easy to assemble and hang over a door (with a little 2-sided tape to prevent movement when opening the door). Why can't I give 5 stars? Because it's not adjustable. You do have the option of (permanently) breaking off the "hooks" so you can screw it to the wall/door at your chosen height, but there is no flexibility to alter the position of the shelves or the height at which it hangs over a door. In my case, this meant I couldn't hang it in my intended spot. If they tweaked the design to allow some flexibility in positioning of the shelves, this product would be awesome. As it is, I'm very pleased with it -- I finally have a place to store all my tape, glue, string, scissors, lightbulbs, and other miscellaneous items. The baskets are sturdy and a good size. It's just annoying to think how easily it could be made better!

Organized our small bathroom!
We needed to eliminate our standing unit to accommodate a kitty box and this was perfect! It’s super lightweight but it’s strong. No knocking against the door when opening or closing and no awkwardness getting into the bath/shower right next to it.The baskets are sized well they can hold an ikea skubb box so nothing falls out.

Totally worth it
My bathroom counter was a completely mess, I ordered this shelf to help clear up space. It was super easy to set up, took less than 5 mins. It can hold quite a bit of stuff and seems pretty durable. Just have to be careful to not slam your bathroom door or everything will topple over :) I’m really happy with this purchase

Easy to assemble
Really like the size of baskets and the sturdiness of the unit. Hangs nicely on a door, or wall mount.

sturdiness
after trying several overdoor organizers and returning them, this organizer is working very well so far. It does not swing away from the door when I close it and has lots of room to put many different sized items on it. the baskets do not fall apart and are sturdy. Easy to put together ---not a puzzle like many others.
