Fantastic!

I ordered these to hang a very large, 50 lb mirror in my bathroom. The width of the mirror made it impossible to hang on the studs, and we needed a solution that would hold this giant thing up. These hooks worked fantastic! They're very easy to install, once you pre-drill the hole in the drywall, and they've held up beautifully! I definitely recommend purchasing these! My mother and I had no trouble installing these ourselves.

Used 2 for a large art piece. My home is 80yo and it has not damaged the plaster. Great product!

Not as good as they were!

These used to have 5 nails, which really made them secure in drywall. Only three nails...I do not have confudence in their ability to hold a mirror any more!

These are exactly what I needed.

I bought these super heavy mirrors nearly five years ago and ended up storing them away because I was too timid to trust any hangers and hated to risk big ugly holes in my walls. My home is very small, and really needed something to open up the feel. Well finally a friend talked me into these hangers. We used two for each mirror and they were so easy to install. We started the holes with a small drill bit. My friend got up on a step ladder and wiggled the hook into place, then hammered in the anchoring nails which are very thin but strong since there are three and they are spaced. I wish I had done this years ago. But so glad I finally did. I don’t think these mirrors are even sold on Amazon anymore. They make a fabulous difference to my living area. I just bought two more hooks to hang a mirror in my (also very small) dining area. You can’t go wrong with these.

Questioning whether it's OOK

I have used the OOK No Stud 200 lb hangers previously but purchased from local hardware store. This time I ordered from Amazon but even though it's noted as OOK, I am not sure it is. The material used looked different. The oval disc which gets nailed in over the hook has 5 nail holes (hardware store) and 3 nail holes fron Amazon. The disc over hook purchased from hardware store laid flat against wall, the one from Amazon didn't. The main thing will be that the mirror hung won't fall. Not sure if I would buy from here again.

You could hang a battleship with this !!!

So happy with this item. Works much better than the common picture hanging hook. I seriously think it would hold just about anything you can think of to hang on the wall.
