(Almost) What I was looking for
My house has single canister outdoor flood lights that point straight up. I didn't realize how hard this type of lighting was to find. So thankfully I found these on Amazon. I will say the quality is very good, but the single canister design is very large. Much larger than my older lights. However this is fine because they're blocked by my bushes and I like how bright they are. Overall very happy with my purchase, very easy to install. Would recommend if you are looking for this style and/or a larger design.

Heavy cast aluminum
These are well made and the finish is very good. However, I purchased these as a housing for light bulb cameras and the shoulder of the camera is too large to allow for the camera to thread into the fixture. So I had to purchase additional socket extenders. These should last a long time.

Good solid construction - few items keep it from being 5 stars
Nice light - all metal construction. Three items to note 1) previously mentioned by another reviewer - the locknuts (and the center nut) are chrome and not bronze - these really should match the color of the rest of the light 2) also previously mentioned by another reviewer - the mounting plate (the big round part) is slightly different than in the picture - just something to note, but not a real big deal 3) My biggest complaint is that it is a bit difficult to tighten the swivel part of the lamps - if you look at the picture, the screw is on the left side of BOTH lights. It makes getting to the screw on the right light a bit difficult because the left light is in the way. They should have made these in right and left cones so that the screw was on the outside regardless of which size. IN ADDITION, the screw head is very soft and started to get chewed up a bit the very first time I tightened it. I also am not sure how they will hold - didn't give me confidence that they were tight and will hold. all that being said, it is still a very good light - perhaps a bit expensive, but again, it is all metal with full metal cones.

Agree with other reviewers, unnecessarily difficult to install
As other reviewers have pointed out, there are 2 pre-drilled screw holes for mounting this fixture, and either they line up perfectly with the box you have mounted - or they don't (more probable); which means you can't get the arms to point in the directions you need them to point. Several folks mentioned drilling additional holes in the fixture; I had a few of these (it's called a 4" universal crossbar) laying around from other jobs and used it - mounted the ring to the box with the threaded holes laying where I wanted them, making the wire connections, then screwing the fixture to the ring through the original fixture holes. All-in-all more blarney than I think you should have to go through (there are several excellent center-mount design options) and at the very least they should have included an adapter ring like I mentioned (see pic). 3 stars overall and 1 for "Easy to Install" (as in "not"). Hope that helps!

Nice Modern Matte Black Non-Motion Option
Didn’t think it would be so hard to find a flood light that: 1. Isn’t Built-In LED (So you don't have to replace the whole fixture if/when it fails, most aren’t dimmable, etc.) 2. Doesn’t have motion detection 3. Is attractive, modern looking and “basic” - nothing too fancy after all it’s a floodlight 4. High quality, durable metal finish 5. Weatherproof / Wet Rated (live in Florida, even if it’s covered the elements can be unforgiving) This one ticks the boxes. Happy to pay a bit more for what I want, and with the addition of the LED lights and the weatherproof outlet box I purchased it was around the same price of a lot of the integrated LED options I was looking at. Was additionally happy to see easily understandable instructions and an exploded diagram clearly written by someone with a good command of the English language, high quality hardware, and unexpectedly high fit and finish. For me, totally worth it. Best end result after evaluating a handful of the far-east gray brand lighting options.

It seem to be well made floodlight fixture
The package arrived in 2 days which is great as always. The finish, fit and the material seem to be pretty good. I do like the looks of the oversize light shields (hood). I will be installing this fixture over the weekend and I don't anticipate anything will go wrong with it. I will update photos and review when I'm done with the installation. Update: The light fixture do not comes with an electrical box, but does comes with a box cover. Is little overpriced in my opinion for what it is.

Sturdy light but be ready for some unexpected DIY work
I bought one of these (in white) to check out quality before buying 5 more that I need. Overall, construction seems good - all metal and appears sturdy. Only time will tell how well the paint will last in southern Florida's humidity. So far I am giving this product 3 stars even though it probably deserves 4, because I encountered several of the same problems other reviews (some a year old) mention, and the manufacturer continues to not correct: 1) There is no mounting plate included to attach to the electrical box, so you have to either use the old one or get one independently. 2) The screw holes for attaching the light base to a mounting plate are too far apart to connect to a standard box mounting plate (the distance should be 2.75 inches) - it turns out there are "punch-outs" on the light base for the correct size, but the wider ones were drilled out by the manufacturer instead. So you have to drill out the alternate set yourself, but now are left with the two original holes which have to be plugged with silicone or something similar to not let water and moisture in. 3) The center of the base plate has a large screw hole opening and the screw plug that is supplied to fit into it is bare metal - not white as it should be, so you either have to paint it or have a silver metal circle in the middle of the light base. It seems the manufacturer should care to make the easy fixes on an otherwise decent quality Chinese product.

Serves its purpose
The delivery was timely. The build is solid. Had to replace the included electrical box screws with longer ones. Would have been nice if the screw heads throughout were painted white to match the fixture. I am using this fixture indoors on my white ceiling for my PAR38 grow light. Plants have plenty of light now for the winter! Was able to rotate the fixture to point to my plants but it wasn't exactly tight. Using gravity to keep it in the right direction. If I have to change direction again I can use a broom stick to redirect it from below. Works well so far but for $47, it is a bit pricey for such a simple fixture.

Great light used LED bulbs and dimmer
Used outside to illuminate my deck and bbq and also my patio. Used par38 LED dimmable bulbs and installed a dimmer. Great for lighting up backyard.

Good quality, easy to install
Double light with no motion detector. Put on garage, open to the elements. Use it with a remote light switch from the house. Good coverage of bulbs to protect from rain/snow. Installed myself in about 15 minutes. Made of bronze coloured metal. All required parts included. Would recommend.

Love the non Motion detecting projector fixture!
Before all my lights was controlled by the Motion detector on the light fixture, and they were never working properly. I doubt that even some wind can be recognized as motions. They always turn on themselves for no reason. Now I can use this to pair with my Philips hue light bulbs, and they are working amazing. I can change the brightness and control them manually or with automations. Plus the black and bronze color looks amazing! Easy to install, quality is fine.

Just what I needed
I didn't want a light with motion detection so these are perfect. Easy to install and lights up the area of my yard perfectly (lights purchased separately).
