Great chiller

Easy to set up and use immediatly
We received the product quickly, plugged it in and it started cooling immediately. When i put the win in the cooler, the temperature went up and then went down again as the bottles cooled.

Sleek design and keeps my wine cool
This wine fridge has a very sleek design! Very simple to use and makes a world of a difference in your wine when you serve it chilled vs. room temperature. I am very pleased with the product.

Superb Customer Service!
This wine cooler held the temperature perfectly initially. Tested unit with reliable thermometer and it maintained the temperature within a half-degree with no perceptible noise level. In later tests, it is maintaining a temp about 1 to 2 degrees lower than set. Light works well and I like the lock feature for the control buttons so that no accidental pushes result unwarranted results. The width is smaller than my prior cooler and accommodates the thinner wine bottles well. The larger diameter wine bottles will fit one per rack rather than two side-by-side. There are complaints by others about the handle being difficult to attach, even saying that the seal needs to be removed. The seal does NOT have to be removed, just temporarily held to the side while the screws are inserted. The handle is stainless steel and attractively complements the unit. This wine cooler should best be placed where the handle is not subject to being struck by a passerby's leg as the attachment is to a plastic wall within the door. My daughter accidently struck the handle with her knee and the handle broke the interior plastic making it impossible to reattach. The customer service was incredible!!! They sent us an entire replacement wine cooler rather than to have me deal with replacing the door or having to ship this heavy unit back to them. Wow. Talk about exceeding my expectations!!! I highly recommend this unit for the thin style bottles, or for lower capacity of larger bottles.

Loud and Almost Always Running
I've only had this for a few days, but here are my initial impressions. The unit is aesthetically nice looking and will fit into a bar environment or anywhere in plain sight. Putting on the handle is a bit of a pain, but you'll get through it. My biggest issue is that it is LOUD. The hum is overpowering in the room and there's an additional sound like raindrops falling on a tin roof. The marketing line of "Silent, Ultra Quiet, Will Not Disturb" is 100% not true. It drives us crazy. We have another bar fridge and a small mini fridge and they are both fairly quiet. This wine fridge is the loudest I have ever heard. Completely disturbing to anyone in the same room. To make matters worse, it cycles on constantly. I'm talking literally every 3-5 minutes it turns on and runs for 2-3 minutes. That tells me that the insulation is horrible, or it's leaking cold air somewhere, or it's just not efficient. So for these reasons -- loudness and constantly running -- I would not recommend this unit. If this continues I can see why others have had issues with them stopping working. It will burn out quickly I fear.

Compact, well-built and almost silent!
Elegant & slim wine fridge with an actual compressor! Works better in warmer climates than cheaper thermoelectric variants. Fits most of our red, white, and champagne bottles. Removable racks for larger bottles and opened bottles can sit angled at the bottom with a carved-out groove for the neck. This is definitely one to get if you are short on space as it doesn't require you to leave any room around the back and sides for ventilation as compared to thermoelectric models.

Compact, looks nice, fairly quiet.
Had it running for a few months now, no issues at all. It looks nice, and is fairly quiet. Not nearly as loud as a regular fridge, but it does have a compressor and you can hear it when it turns on. I wouldn't put it in a bedroom, but it is quiet enough to put in most rooms. You have to pull the rubber seal out of the door to install the handle. The seal is in there pretty good, but if gently and insistently pull at it, it does come out. Once the seal is out putting the handle on is easy.

Compact & Well Built
A very nice compact wine fridge. Easy to install and works right out of the box with no problems. It is a replacement for what I know realize was cheaply made piece of equipment. So far very satisficed with this purchase and would recommend it to friends and family.

Great while it worked
Stopped working after a couple of days, despite following all the guidelines and troubleshooting steps from the manual. At that point it couldn't even keep the temperature below 70F. Never heard back from the support after creating a ticket on their portal, they aren't responsive at all. Ultimately I returned it. It's too bad really, the cooler looked great.
