Works really well but Nostalgia company needs better customer service.

This machine works completely as advertised and does a good job at what it’s supposed to be doing. I had a small hiccup and had to deal with customer service and I had to send multiple information several times to several different customer service reps. I’m not sure how their business is run but I don’t think they have the information in one data bank for all reps to see, so it was a little exhausting, and I probably will not buy items manufactured by Nostalgia again, but the product works good -just don’t let anything break on it because you will spend a lot of time dealing with customer service

Over all a good product.

Not great for an intimate gathering. Little on the noisy side. Suggest leveling it before pouring in the chocolate, so that it flows down correctly. I plan on buying a small leveler.

Works perfect

We used this for our daughters 2nd grade Valentine’s Day party at school and it was a hit!! We just used regular Hersheys chocolate syrup in it and it worked great! Easy peasy cleanup in the school cafeteria and 17 VERY happy kids!!

Easy to use

I bought this for my daughters birthday party and wasn’t sure if it would work correctly. I saw bad reviews on a lot of different ones. So I just swiped down and landed on this one. I must say for those who are having trouble please read your directions! I didn’t at first and it was only flowing out on one side. There are adjustable feet on the bottom to level it out. Using the right chocolate and vegetable oil is the key to a constant flow on any of these machines. As well as adjusting the feet for an even flow. This one seemed to heat well and stayed flowing even after I turned off the heat. You MUST melt the chocolate with vegetable oil on the stove first before. Stirring it and looking for the right consistency of the chocolate to flow properly. I left the heat on the fountain for about 30 minutes to make sure it stayed a good flow and turned off the heat for the rest of the party. It never clogged or stopped. So if yours is not working correctly I would say you are not waiting for the right constancy of your chocolate and your feet on the fountain have not be adjusted correctly. The kids loved it and it was definitely a hit.

Adorable

This machine was adorable! The noise was very acceptable, we were scared it’d be loud. Assembly was very easy. Cleanup was definitely NOT as easy. Make sure you’re not wearing anything nice when cleaning it. As you can see the chocolate didn’t actually have a nice consistent flow. We used more than 32oz of chocolate, and even added more oil than instructed. We also had it preheating for at least 5 minutes before adding the chocolate. It could have been the brand of chocolate??? And definitely make sure you have lots of extra chocolate, because you will need to add more as it gets used. Overall, it was a huge hit, and we’ll definitely use it again.

Arrived with loose bolts

I read through the reviews before I purchased and still bought this item, hoping that I would be one of the many that seem to have had no problems, but my hope was in vain. I ordered two for my daughter's graduation party. Both arrived with loose bolts as the pictures show. I opened the units to try to reattach the bolts, but could not get them to seat into the housing. Because of the missing bolts, the units shake when operating. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer, but just know that if you buy one of these, you will need plenty of time to get them fixed before they actually work properly.

USA plug

Wasted my money. Loved the colour retro style so bought it. Thought US plug would just need an adapter.... Wrong. It would need a transformer. This should be stressed in description if it available to UK, for niave buyers with more style than sense!

Quite loud

We love the look of the fountain but we were surprised how noisy it is when turned on. A bit disappointing because it is hard to have a conversation while near and we were hoping to use this for parties.

FÁCIL DE USAR, UN BONITO ESPECTÁCULO PERO ALGO RUIDOSA

Tienes que derretir el chocolate a baño maría antes de agregarlo a la fuente. Precalientes la misma y cuando comience a girar agregas el chocolate que derretiste. Si es ruidosa, pero la verdad no importa si hay música en el fondo.
