Good robot vacuum for the price!

Let me start by saying that I bought this vacuum before I ended up upgrading to the “real” iRobot. I like this off-brand one much better! I’m having constant problems with the newer one. Anyway, the big drawback on this product is that it has a very small dirt container and constantly needs to be stopped and emptied. That is really the only negative here. I have two dogs and constant dirt and hair. This little guy does a great job and picks up stuff you “thought” you got with your broom. It is about a 1/3 of the price of the big name brands.

it does sweep and vacuum the hard wood and tile Flore I have not yet tried it on the carpet. It does a fair job, but not perfect I am however satisfied the customer Serviss is very good. it cane get trapped in some Tite places, I tun it on wen I am leving the house for a while, It however is not a bad Product.

S8 Pro - Overall, I LIKE IT

I bought the S8 Pro. Over all, I like it but there are a couple of cons. PRO: It does a good job vacuuming. We have carpet and we both were suffering from allergies. Using a standard vacuum hurts my back, so I wanted to try a budget priced robot to see if I would even like having a robot vacuum. I found out I do like it very much! I work in my home, and I let it run while I am working so cleaning the floors still allows me time to do other things that I would much rather do. I ran it twice a day for a week in the bedroom to see if it would reduce the allergens and sneezing and this model did a very good job! It got under the bed easily and after a week we were sneezing a whole lot less. I then started letting it work beyond that one room. I also let it mop my kitchen floor. The first attempt wasn't terribly successful as it uses only water. The second time I tried it, I put water in the tank, but I sprayed cleaner on the dirty spots so that by the time the S8 Pro got to the dirt it was dissolved and ready to remove. The second attempt resulted in a clean hard floor. CON: It takes several hours to recharge and only runs about 45 minutes before it stops for needing a re-charge. The replacement parts are weirdly hard to find (and this type of machine needs certain parts swapped out regularly - like filters and brushes. Overall: I am still using mine and I do like it, but I keep thinking of other features I would love for it to have. I think this is an excellent STARTER machine so that you can discover the features you would really like to have on a more expensive model.

Works GREAT in my Sewing shop!!

I had no clue how much dirt I was missing when I would sweep till I got this thing. Works great!!! I have concrete and sticky tile that has a lot of cracks. sweeping those areas are a pain. but using this one works great. I chose without the brush b/c of all the thread and it does a great job getting all of it up. sometimes gets stuck one the sewing machine table feet. but no big deal

Fades over time.

Picks up a lot of stuff. Vonfuses by pet hair balls. Have to childproof the floor. Not bad overall, not great either.

Decent robot vac.

Works good around the house. Always seems to find more dirt! But can't find replacement filters ????. Anyone have links? The ones I got in a kit are too wide.

Wish I Bought it sooner

I’m obsessed with this vacuum! I have two cats so hair is an issue. This vacuum will be going for an hour every other day and picks up so much hair and debree. It’s not obnoxious or excessive. Amazing around the kitty litter box. I have 2 bulging disks, fractured knee that never healed properly and sciatica, so sweeping and mopping are a hassle. I haven’t had to do either ever since we got this all set up! Our house stays clean while we enjoy the things we love most. I also love that it even docks itself when it’s done or low on battery. Low maintenance and my house feels clean again. It has sensors too so it won’t mark up doors or walls. It also vacuums the rugs! 10/10 would buy again!

Work well

Nice product, to mop you have to switch containers. Cons, doesn't have wifi, it not very good for carpets.

Died after 16 months

Great vacuum while it lasted. Only got 16 months with "Larry" then he became non responsive. He will be missed.

great device Saves time and energy

love this. I havectwo cats on only used to vacuum msybextwice a week. Biggest obstacle was getting under the bed. it amazes me the amount of cat hair it pickes up daily. I run it every morning while having my coffee and reading the paper. Runs for about 1 1/2 hrs and the finds its way home. Quiet and serves my purpose well. definitely good buy for money

Both wet and dry vacuum for this price? Amazing!

Very impressed thus far. I thought it might be cheaply made, but the quality feels good. Instruction manual very clear. Dry and wet modes both performed every bit as well as I hoped. (I didn't intentionally make things extra dirty for a thorough test!)

I could have gave 0 star for this product, a bad product not working.

It’s suction power may be good but traveling haphazard manners, clean up same place again and again. It does not go to all area even without obstacles, not enters all rooms in the same floor even though doors are kept opened. Jumping on to floor mat is very bad, it is possible to clean top of mat only if it enters from particular direction.
