Ninja solving my problems as usual!
Let me start this off by saying I have pretty much every ninja product ever made. Rarely do they disappoint, I dont care what other reviews say. Im a Ninja enthusiast because these guys just get me. I have the dual heat air fryer, and we use it everyday. For everything small meal related including veggies. The problem I was having was my younger children were destroying it by not cleaning up afterwards. And it was making me crazy. Or my 13-year-old who loves grilled cheese, never cleaned up his frying pan mess or if he did, he did it half way leaving a trail of crumbs in his path. I seen the one single ninja product I do not own and needed to replace my toaster. Little did I know, I was solving many problems at once. My son tested with his first grill cheese right after we unboxed it and 375 for 10 mins with butter on outside like normal, placed on these handy parchment paper disposables that are made for the dual basket Ninja foodie that fit perfectly and this picture is the result. Zero mess minus the butter knife snd this OCD mom could not be happier. It’s important to note this is not an air fryer, just like a regular toaster oven, the cook times will be for a toaster oven. Don't expect a grilled cheese to be done in 3 mins or tater tots to be done in 5. Standard toaster oven cook time rules apply with maybe a 2 min less variance given its smaller and heat doesn’t have to travel far. Yes, the non rubber sides get hot. So does an oven…thats expected. Just be smart and use a potholder if u have to move it while its hot. I read a few reviews on ventilation and there is no issues. When gauging the value of something like this, proper expectation is important otherwise you will always be disappointed. Things that heat up are hot. Would be weird if it wasn’t. ???? Have kids who are pre teen and want to cook? Buy it. Don't want to put a-lot of effort into keeping yourself alive because you have kids, dogs, birds and a job that drains your soul daily and you can’t muster the brain cells to cook a meal but want an easy snack? Buy it. Single and your mom stopped making you hot pockets? Buy it. Need more capacity for larger meals vs snack size? By the Ninja air fryer. Hope this helps!

Best little machine ever.
This is so versatile and small. I bought it because my kids want to cook more for themselves, but aren't ready for the oven. The long handle keeps them safe while they are learning how to maneuver hot things-with adult supervision. So far, we have cooked toast in normal mode-turned out fantastic! It's large enough to toast a sub roll and if you use the bagel option only the inside will be toasted. Frozen waffles turned out soft inside, crispy outside. In the cooking mode we've made an egg, chicken fajitas made from 1 chicken breast, half a bell pepper and an onion(the pic is before I turned it on broil to get a char, it worked perfectly), regular baked chicken, cheese toast, quesadillas, and cinnamon toast. Everything we have tried has worked out great. Think of small things to cook. This isn't large enough for baked potatoes, it could cook up some chopped red potatoes for one really well. Frozen things we baked were breaded shrimp and pizza rolls, both turned out fantastic. I have been lining the tray with foil so it stays nice longer. I'll likely just cut a silicone mat to fit it for easy clean and use foil to make walls if it's something that's liquidy. I would not buy this if you want something to replace a normal sized toaster oven, it's not meant for that. If you're single, or want a way for your kids to be able to learn how to cook, this is a great option. If you like toasted subs this thing would be a game changer. Toast the sub in toaster mode, add ingredients, flip down and set to broil or bake. It could also be used to melt cheese on top of something like a burger patty or fries. The best part for me is it stands up to store so it takes up maybe 6" longer space than a normal 2 slice toaster oven. I store the tray inside it so it works as a dust shield and keeps things from falling in it on accident. 10/10 for sure!

And here we are...we literally use it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!!! It's a great item. Do i wish it was a little bigger? Sure. But when I want to heat something up that doesn't microwave well, this is perfect. I don't need to heat up my oven. I do have to leave the items in a few minutes longer than my oven but in the long run, it works just great. The toaster part is fantastic as well. We have yet to be unhappy with it. It's such a great item that my husband even suggested that we get one for our daughter's apartment. She had a toaster oven but it took up so much room on her counter that she barely used it. She had to move stuff over to get to the toaster oven. She uses this all the time. My ONLY complaint about it is, the crumb tray. I wish it slid out all the way. It's hard to wipe it down. The crumbs get caught in every corner and every time I clean it, the crumbs go flying all over the place. Would love to have the ability to take it out and wash it. All in all, it's a great item. Perfect for a college student with a limited amount of space. Especially for heating up leftovers. Highly recommend it!!

Adequate replacement for a dead Munsey broiler toaster
My wife's family has used an old Munsey broiler toaster for at least half a century until the last one died a few years back. Well, Munsey got bought out 10+ years ago and that model of toaster is history. This one is an adequate replacement. It will only hold 2 slices of bread on the tray, but we're old now and the kids are gone, so 2 is enough. The fact that broiling is timed is great, because my wife will walk away and forget about it until the smoke alarm goes off. The only gripe we have is that sometimes, when you move it from broil to toast for storage, it will turn back on - haven't figured out exactly what we're doing wrong there. Overall, we like this. Now let's see if it will last as long as a Munsey.

Love it!
We do like the Ninja products, but this toaster is great. You can preset everything & it shows a timer. I used the toaster oven for the first time & it turned out great. Love it.

Couldn’t ask for anything better
Small enough to fit in my tiny counter. Works great as a toaster and toaster oven. I noticed my toast being too dry for me even on setting 1 so I just use the oven setting for 2-3 minutes. The oven rack is handwash only. Other than that it’s a great buy

Excelente producto dos en uno
No tenía altas expectativas para este producto pero la verdad me sorprendió. La función de tostador es excelente, te permite descongelar y tostar al mismo tiempo tu pan o bagel sin necesidad de usar el microondas. Y cómo horno, hace un gran trabajo. Aunque no tiene una gran capacidad, en realidad cumple su función de recalentar, hornear y asar.
