I would give them 10 stars if I could. When I ordered this my account said that it would arrive in 17 days. Instead it came in just TWO! The seller sent it Priority mail at NO extra charge. Also, sometimes metal containers arrive in the mail with dents because of the shipping company being a bit too aggressive with the items box. However this package was clearly marked 'Fragile' in several places on the box, so it arrived dent free. I couldn't be happier with this sale (unless the price was less). There are some "reviewers" claiming that their dispenser leaked. They said that the 5 star ratings were 'suspicious'. I think it's just the opposite, everything went so well with my transaction that I think the one star ratings are from product competitors, trying to scare people away. Any seller shipping their product with priority shipping when they didn't have to, is clearly trying their best to please their customers. Regarding the so-called leaks, I assembled mine (hand tightened) and it did NOT leak! The gaskets supplied were much thicker than needed, so I see no way for this to ever leak. However having saying that, those that are still concerned might want to try this installation method; install the spigot hand tight. Fill the container with HOT TAP water (do NOT use boiling water as it might damage the plastic spigot). Let the hot tap water sit for around 5 or 10 minutes. This is a metal container with hot water inside, so your container will now be warm/hot to the touch, please be careful with the next step. Empty all of the water out of the container and then IMMEDIATELY afterward tighten the spigot nut tighter. If you are lucky enough to have a 1 inch socket, you do not need to use a wrench with it. Just place the socket over the nut and hand tighten the nut that way. If you don't have a 1 inch socket then simply repeat the hot water procedure outlined above several times. It should tighten a little more with each attempt. This stainless steel container is not that thick, so if you are rough when you handle it you could dent it. With average use it should be fine and not dent. This container also comes with a plastic lid gasket, so you don't have to worry about scratching or damaging the containers top when (if) you use it with a water bottle. This is a nice touch and makes life much easier. Don't forget to wash and rinse your container out before the first use. The only thing that I didn't like about this container was the plastic spigot (because of BPA health concerns). I will be replacing the plastic spigot with a stainless steel one and then this container will be perfect! The hole for the spigot is standard 3/4 inch. The container is 10 inches tall (10 1/8 with gasket) and the top is 5 7/8 in diameter. The bottom of the container is 9 inches in diameter. It can hold over two gallons (2.2). It is constructed from #304 food grade stainless steel. All in all I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

When I bought this water dispenser I was looking for something simple and easy to use
I wish I could give this above a 3 star rating. The reason I wouldn't consider a higher rating for this is because I've found a rust spot inside only after a few months of use. When I bought this water dispenser I was looking for something simple and easy to use. This one mostly fit what I wanted, but it does have some issues I took care of. I did buy a new spigot because I liked the aesthetics and function of another style. I didn't try the one that came with this dispenser so I can't comment on whether or not it leaked. Pros: It's easy to assemble and use. The walls are very thing so the spigot must be tightened securely. The spigot and gaskets also seem to be designed for a thicker walled glass or porcelain crock dispenser, but they do work with this one. No electronics to go bad like some units with hot/cold water. It's fairly cheap depending on where you put it. Add a stand like I did and you add about $40 to the price. Cons: The metal walls are very, very thin, and the edge the white plastic ring sits on is not rolled over, and is sharp. (Be careful when cleaning. This caused me to remove a star from the rating). I would have liked to have seen this edge rolled over to prevent this. I have read at least one review where this resulted in the white plastic ring cracking. I addressed this issue by purchasing door guard trim and placed it on the top metal edge. I was concerned at first about using automotive rubber, but the water level never reaches the rubber trim. The water level always sits at the neck of the water jug, an inch or so below the trim. It's too light. This might not seem like an issue, but the dispenser slides about too easily when trying to insert a new water jug, or even when getting water when the water level is low. I once again addressed this issue with the rubber door trim. It was almost too tall to fit on the bottom edge, but it fits. Now it doesn't slide about on the 30in tall stand I bought. It stopped being cheap. Setting this up like I wanted cost about as much as a water dispenser with hot/cold water. This is not how everyone will set this up, but I did read many reviews where people replaced the plastic spigot for a metal one, and bought stands as well. For me the total cost was $34.44 (dispenser) + $39.98 (stand) + $13.95 (metal spigot) + $3.49 (spare plastic ring) +$11.72 (door guard trim) = $103.58 Rusting already? I received this dispenser 17 December 2016 and as of today (25 March 2017) I have found one small rust spot inside the dispenser. . .Not too thrilled about that. Unfortunately the above product it is not what I was looking for as personally I needed a stainless steel container with a secure lid/cover for transporting drinking water and this unfortunately is a dispenser which isn't any use to me but I'm sure if that is what one is seeking it's ideal and I would highly recommend it but as a dispeenser.

Overall great product.
Faucet leaks once in a while, need to retighten it a bit, but great product overall. Good quality stainless steel.
