Your Walkin Workout

I love 'em. High quality build. Great name brand. Feels great in the hand. I have not noticed the loss of a single bead. When or if that does occur I'll be glad to purchase a new set. You might feel a bit awkward using them at first. It's necessary to be mindful of your balance. But after a while of use you'll notice that your hand movements are becoming more pronounced. If you happen to be walking to some music with a beat then all the better. It won't take long before you find your rhythm and from there I have no doubt that you'll be able to figure out creative arm movements that take you past the simple up and down. It's actually pretty fun. Now, get out there and just do it!

Great value

Bought these for my husband for our long walks. He loved them so much helped him move a little bit slower in our walks carrying the weight using them to do little arm pumps and such we’re ready to move up to the next size thank you

Good for walking

These work well for walking an adding a little extra effort for the upper body and a little increase in heart rate.

Meh!

I have very small hands and these weights are just a little too big around for me to comfortably hold them during a kickboxing workout. Other than that, they are fine.

Good addition to my home workout toolbox

These are indeed soft weights - small sleeves of fabric filled with what I assume is sand. But in my opinion that's much better than a hard weight for taking out on a walk. Or using with a walking video. I have larger hands and these work well for me. They're easy to hold and the fill material helps them conform to my hand. The straps are a plus so you don't accidentally fling the weights from your hands. The price seems a bit high but that's probably a result of the name brand on the box.

Soft, easy to grab and hold

These weights are quite nice in that they're enclosed in a comfortable-to-hold neoprene foam jacket, with an extra strap added to lessen than chance of dropping. No complaints, if anything they are good but too lightweight.
