Love, love, love Rock Tape. I am a triathlete and I keep both knees taped just under the patella at all times to protect my knees. I have issues with the right knee when it is not taped, but with rock tape I can keep on training and racing. It stays on even with swimming 2-3 times a week.

I’ve put it to the test!

I have a very active lifestyle and with recent knee issues needed a little help supporting my knee during higher-impact activities like workouts and hiking. I had my knee taped this weekend and went into a sauna at a friend’s house. 2 hours of sweating it out in a sauna and my tape is still firmly attached. Couldn’t be more impressed.

It secures but doesn’t stick together good

I wrap my foot and it helps tremendously with the pain but it doesn’t stick together good.

helped knee pain

this helped my knee pain. i couldn't leave it on longer than a couple of days because it would make me itch. i didn't see that there was a rash, but the itchiness prompted me to remove it. i cut it into 8" strips and folded the strips in half. i removed the backing from half the strip and placed the center of the tape down first then placed half the tape where i wanted before removing the other half of the backing and placing the rest of the tape. initially i removed all the backing and taped my knee, but the placement wasn't right and when i adjusted the tape it lost the stickiness and began to roll so i had to remove it.

Doesn't stick

Tape is easy to apply, but doesn't stick, lasts less than 12 hours. Returned for refund.

Good, but still NOT GREAT !

Decided to finaly test RockTape products ! The tape feels really stough and strong enough for supporting really active movements ! The adhesive really ain't what I was first expecting regarding other comments on that brand.. Really good product but considering the expensve price of that brand, it's good, but NOT GREAT !! - My wife, who's both Physical Readaptation Therapist and Massage Therapist with trainings in everything about Kinesiology tapings.

Last forever!

I was always very happy with Rocktape but this H20 is something crazy! This one lasted me more than 10 days during summer and swimming in the salt-water sea! I will definitely always order this type of rocktape from now on. Price is also super fair and delivery as always prime. It does hurt a bit when you are taking it off, especially if you have hair on your legs/arms etc. Just close your eyes and do it fast! ;P

BUYER BEWARE

This is not the genuine RockTape, the product is very thin compared to the original tape. I feel like I have been ripped off. This tape is a COPY and should not be allowed to be sold as the ROCKTAPE. Shame on you. I will not recommend or purchase this product again

This is an expensive product unless it's on sale. Been using this for years and will last about 6 days before you need to replace it.
