Good quality material, good stitching. This is a quality product.

Good quality material, good stitching. Cold pack fits the pouch fine, velcro holds it in there, no scratchy bits to irritate me. Another reviewer said it was small, for children. Well, the package does say "Small" on it and has a picture of a little girl, but I am 220 lbs, 5' 9" of "stocky" build, and this thing is plenty big. There is plenty of adjustment left to make it tighter, or looser. If you're a serious bodybuilder, maybe this might not fit, but it would take some serious arm muscles, or a really overweight person to go beyond the adjustment range. Another reviewer said the cold pack didn't get very cold. Well, it gets cold enough to eliminate the stinging in my elbow, without quite making my elbow go numb. Any colder and I would be concerned about damage. I cannot imagine how this product could be made better. I'm picky about what I will wear on my body, and it suits me fine.

I love the neoprene wrap

Ive been using this wrap for about a week. I have mixed feelings. Pros: I love the neoprene wrap! It is simple to use! I can get a snug fit around my elbow. I have been using other gel ice packs with it as well...I just dont insert the ice pack into the pocket. I have it between my skin and the wrap. Cons: Im disappointment in the small ice packs. They didnt seem to hold the coldness for long, too. I had to use both of them, stack on top of each other in the provided pocket, in order to get the temperature I needed.

Good product for the right price

This brace is pretty nice, a lot of people mention that the pack doesn't stay cold long and thats not really an issue with the brace but the pack itself, plus you really shouldn't expect an ice pack to stay cold for longer than 15-20 minutes as thats also about the recommended amount of time you should ice any part that is sore. I have worn mine everyday for a month and the straps are holding the material hasn't torn and it's pretty easy to clean.

a little disappointed

I think the ice pack is not large enough. For my purposes, I needed the ice pack to cover a larger area on my elbow.I needed it AROUND my elbow (width wise) rather than up and down my elbow (length wise)so as to cover the areas for my tennis elbow injury. So instead, I use just the wrap to hold a larger ice pack in place. Of course by wrapping a larger ice pack, the wrap does not have much room to accomodate for that, so you end up with less wrap to wrap around your elbow. I have just enough wrap to keep my larger ice pack in place (as long as I don't move around). I bought two, one for each elbow (tennis elbow in both arms). If you buy this product, just be aware that the ice pack is small.

Pain subsided after one use!

Bought this for my husband. He loves it! It helped relieve the pain around his elbow. He plays a lot of basketball and he's developed tennis elbow. Day 1 of using the wrap, he immediately felt relief. 4 stars because the wrap did burn his skin and left blisters.

Ice Packs Are Too Darn Small

It's unfortunate this product has what I would call a fatal flaw because it's very well made and fits exactly the way it's supposed to. They even included two ice packs and therein lies the problem. They are too thin and too small to adequately cover the afflicted area, in my case the elbow. And because they are too thin they don't stay cold very long and the results are largely unsatisfactory. I solved the problem by stuffing a larger ice pack into the pocket, but it's not perfect because some of hangs out and rubs against the skin. It's obvious a lot of thought went into the design and how they screwed this part up is beyond me.

Excellent for foot icing

Have used the large size through 7 foot surgeries. Excellent was to hold ice packs o feet.Purchased small for friend with foot surgery with very small foot. Excellent.
