Wish it came as a 2 pack
I have fallen arches which caused tarsal tunnel syndrome in my feet. I have custom inserts for my shoes but wanted something to wear around the house without shoes. These are very comfy. Also I wish we could comment on other people's reviews because I wanted to point out something another reviewer mentioned about it being a bad design and the the velcro was skin contact and rubbed...she didn't follow the directions and that's how you would think to put them on as that's how it seems when you first try to put them on, but when you follow the directions the velcro secures to the brace on both sides. You can tell by the design because it's like folding 2 triangles to make it whole. The only thing I wish is that it came as a 2 pack so I didn't have to buy two. I just bought them so I can't speak to the quality but hopefully they last a long time.

It does not slip away when used inside socks...
This product is thin enough for me to wear with most of my professional flat shoes, all hiking booths, and some outdoor shoes/sneakers. It will add a little bulk when worn with soaks, which I wear over the strap. (The way it's pictured here, with band over the soak is not how I wear it. I wear them inside my soaks when I do wear socks.) Anything covering a moving part will eventually move. For trips to the market or half a day of casual walking, I have not experienced any slippage as some have complained about. Slippage will occur more when the strap is worn over the soak creating two layers to rub against the other over the foot. Everyone's foot is tapered differently and the angle which you strap the Velcro together could maximumize the hold. Once you've find the right angle, the strap stays in place longer. Why I use this product... I did not buy it for the arch support. I wanted a thin strong malleable and adjustable strap to wrap around me feet while allowing to me wear shoes. I have pain along the peroneus brevis at the 5th metatarsal part of my feet (middle section along the outer edge) and binding support I get from these straps have ease some of the pain. I use to, less frequent now, get really bad pain throughout my entire feet, especially when I wear loose shoes, sandals, and shoes that are too soft. These types of footwear causes micro-stress to the muscles and ligaments in my feet as they strain, due to lack of all around support, to keep all parts of my feet together and not tear apart. I didn't give thought to the fact that our feet are the most worked part of our body after the heart. The pain I experienced felt as if every tissues and bones in my feet were ripping apart--like the muscles were shredding away from the ligaments and the ligaments were shredding away from the bone while carrying the weight of my body. That was what my feet felt like. I've tried many options to alleviate the pain: different shoes construction (firm shoes with sturdy side support work best for me), straps and wraps, and very importantly a change in diet to eat less acid forming food. The combination of all these things is beginning to work but I have a long way to go. These straps help reduce the pain by providing all-around support for my feet during flare ups; but it was the change in diet that really started the healing process--the straps helps to controll the pain but they are not the cure. Product construction... The inside of the strap is neoprene which helps to "paste" itself to the skin keeping it in place, and the surface material on the exterior side (there are distinct marks of inner and outer order of wear on the strap) is felt-like (I can't describe it beyond this). The inside has an arch pad, which I don't need, sewn to the strap; I use an exacto-knife to cut along the stitching to remove the pad leaving a sooth thin strap that I wanted. The strap is about 3/32 thick. The Velcro holds strong and firm with its mate and has not splay open on its own. I wash the strap by hand with use mild soap and water then air dry; it has kept up in quality for almost a year. I have not found anything else that compares in thinness, strength, strong construction, quality material, and easy maintenance. I hope this helps for those with similiar condition as mine.

Love this pruduct
A little about myself first; my feet are flatter than Kansas. When I walk through the kitchen they make suction cup noises on the floor. My podiatrist says I've already got arthritis at 30 because the curved bones of my feet are rubbing against each other. So when I say that this is a great product, please keep in mind that I have used arch supports before. You see, I just got home from work. Normally when I get home, I take off my combat boots (I work in a restaurant but I need the support) and rest my feet until basically my next shift. Today when I got home, I did chores. Chores! I did laundry and cleaned the house a little. I even vacuumed. I can imagine someone who has been riding the bus for years, and then gets a car. That's how I feel right now. Imagine having only ever eaten at McDonald's, but then getting treated to a dinner at L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon and being told that you get to eat there for the rest of your life! I would say the feeling is as good as getting married, but I won't because my wife might read this some day (although the arch supports will never judge you.) I cannot speak to the longevity of the produce. I can tell you that I trusted the brand and bought them with a healthy dose of skepticism. After all, I've tried arch supports before. I've had custom made ones which cost hundreds of dollars. I like this one because it goes on my foot, not in my shoe. I have far greater control of where the padding is on my foot. I control where the lift goes. I will never not own a pair of these. As it is right now, I just ordered another pair as a backup. I just had a busy night at work and I feel like I had a boring old Tuesday morning. I love you, Mueller Plantar Fasciitis Arch Support by Mueller.

Ordering more!
I loved this product, as the day before I started using it I was using a cane to get though the day. It helped take some of the pain, but my foot was not 100 percent better; nor is it cure. It does offer some relief from the pain to where I barely limp. It's not bulky at all, but I have wide feet in a regular shoe so my foot and the product barely fit. It's not a big deal though cause it's not squeezing my foot or anything. I found to make the product work the best is to strapped it on as tight as I could. It was easy to put on. The straps reached all the way to bottom of my feet but it didn't bother me at all when walking. I'm going to order at least two more as at the end of the day it got wet and really soft and didn't offer much support after walking/standing for several hours. I'm also overweight so that might be more me then the product. I haven't washed it but if you let it sit and dry it turns back to its original state. I never found an insoles that fits my feet so I use this product everyday all day. I hate that Amazon considers it an add on item..I don't want to spend $25 just to buy this product.

This is comfortable and well made
Bought to help with fallen arch issues (not plantar fascitis) in my case . This is comfortable and well made. Only losing one star because - for a female foot - it requires slight fiddling to prevent the velcro bit ending up underneath your foot as it wraps around too far. I don't have tiny feet either . But generally very pleased.

Muller Foot Arch support
While thinking it was a little highly priced, once I wore it within a week my foot had improved. I can now leave it off most of the time and feel that because of the wonderful result, in stopping me limping around, it was worth it. Would definitely look at other products from Amazon. I would like a little more velcro on the fastening as I feel with use, it will become unusable.

my Dr recommended getting a foot arch support
Having been told I have metatarsal cuneiform exostosis on the top of one of my feet, my Dr recommended getting a foot arch support. However in my case this has not really helped, maybe it's because I am also flat footed perhaps. This isnt to say it wont help someone who has a high/er arch.

Excellent comfort.
I am very pleased with this foot support. It is not so bulky as some of the other supports, which have required me to buy a larger pair of shoes and slippers. It makes for considerable comfort. Delivery was very prompt. An all round good decision t o buy?

Fantastic, I suffer from plantar fasciitis it's horrible and painful but after a couple of days of wearing this support I could feel the difference. I have beekeeping this support for about 3 months now and I don't have any pain except from the first few steps in the morning when I get out of bed.
