Great silicone pan!
Love this pan! You have to make sure to support the bottom but it bakes great and serving and washing are a breeze!

I love the size and I do a lot of whole food plant-based cooking and this is great.

Handled molten sugar like a champ!
I was worried this would melt if I poured extremely hot melted sugar into it and it couldn't care less it's perfectly fine and the slab of extremely hot candy detached with no problem zero sticking

It so easy to use and clean you will never try anything else.
Man when it was recommended by a friend I said no. But when I bought it and tried it oh my word. It the best my baking came out. It’s so easy to use not to mention easy to clean. I have 5 kids so you know fast cleaning is important. It also sturdy so you don’t have to give it extra support to take it out the oven. Like I said best purchase ever. I can’t stop using it. ????????????

Great for air fryer
I made kale chips in the air fryer which was given to me as a gift. They liked being in the silicone container. Sprayed organic kale pieces lightly with coconut oil. If you buy the oil sprayer on Amazon the spray is perfectly fine which works magically. WOW, crispy and delicate. Top salads with these kale chips.

Not As Easy To Use As I Expected
I purchased several silicone bakeware items by HIC at the same time; 2 of these, 2 muffin/cupcake pan, 2 square cake pans, and 4 loaf pans, and was very excited to use them all. This was the first one I tried and I guess my experience was a bit different than most other reviewers. First of all, I didn't realize that these were a bit larger then a standard round cake pan-9.5" compared to the standard 9". You wouldn't think that a half-inch would make a difference, but normally I use one cake mix to make a double-layer cake. When I poured the batter into these pans it was obvious these were no standard size pans; the batter filled about 1/2" of the pan and even with two layers my cake looked pathetically thin. I measured the diameter and it was actually 10" instead of 9.5". Another reviewer said hers was 9". The fact that the size varies is odd. I didn't want to put them into the oven without support so I tried putting them side by side on my largest cookie sheet. That didn't turn out too well either and I had to smoosh a side of one of the cake pans to get both of them to fit. And then...yeah, it happened...they stuck! I see that several reviewers say they didn't have problems with their cakes sticking; please share your tips with the rest of us. What am I doing wrong? I used a little oil on the bottoms and sides so that wasn't it. I wish now that I would have purchased just one pan and tried it before investing so much money in these pans that I'm much less than thrilled with.

Less sticking, more enjoyment
I got these pans because I am thoroughly fed up with cake that sticks to the pan. Pro tip: You have to use a bit of oil in these, or you will have the same problem. The first time I put oil in the pans, I rolled it around in the pan to thoroughly coat it, but the cake came out oily. Last night, I tried rubbing the pan with oil using a paper towel, and the cake came out much better. You don't need a lot of oil to ensure that the cake doesn't stick. Also, the pans can make the cake seem kind of small, since the walls are so high, so you may think the cake is flatter than it is, but it's fine. Also, I did not experience any of that "cake smells (or tastes) like silicon." Aside from that too much oil part of the first go 'round, the cakes I've made have come out fine. The pans are also a bit of a struggle to wash by hand, so you're probably better off washing them in the dishwasher. All tolled, though, I am thoroughly pleased with this product.

Makes a white residue when cleaned.
I bought this to make suet cakes for birds. When I try to wash it, it creates a white residue when it dries no matter how I scrub it. I don't know what the residue is. I have a glass pan I use for me. I won't use this for other than bird cakes. Also it's very floppy. Not good for baking by itself. I put a cookie sheet underneath to hold it steady. The cakes pop out easy.

Truly an Outstanding product.
We can't tell you how great this pan was. You have to try it to believe it. A few minutes out of the oven and the pan could be handled by hand. What a breeze to remove the squares. It was actually funny to see the look on my wife's face as the squares just slid out of the pan. Clean was so easy as well. I know that we will buy more silicon products as they work very well. We have recommended this to family and friends and are sure they too will enjoy using this bakeware as much as we do.

As Advertised
I prefer to use the silicon cookware as it cleans better and is really and truly non-stick. Also the risk of the carcinogenic non-stick surface coming off into food isn't there, like it is on regular pans. So this is a while load of win. The only weakness with pans of this design is that they're "floppy". They have no spine, making it impossible to pick them up in the classic "one oven glove" way. So, you have to use both hands, it's no biggie... and the rest of the benefits far outwidh the downside. Overall, I would recommend this product to everyone, I have used it most days since I bought it and it's as good as new.

I love silicone bakeware! So easy to clean up!
I have used it 4x now, no staining, very easy clean up. I had the oven up to 400F with no problems. Just remember to give it a light spray with cooking oil at every use. Top rack of the dishwasher cleans it nicely although I usually just wash it in the sink. A few swipes with a soapy cloth and it's clean. Don't expect silcone bakeware to have rigid sides. It's not the nature of the beast. I just place mine on a ratty old cookie sheet and pop it in the oven. Problem solved.
