“They’re working on it”
Nice scale, but for some reason the app gives you a different weight than the scale. They’re supposedly working on it, but this seems like a basic and easy issue to fix. Not sure what’s taking so long. Maybe me putting this here will light a fire under their butts.

Works well
The scale does everything it claims, but I do have trouble syncing it with my phone> I also have an Omron Blood Pressure Monitor and I lose the connection with that also from time to time. Maybe it's my house, I don't know. I was able to connect with bluetooth when I first opened the box, but I haven't been able to connect since. I know others have had this problem. As for the ease of use, it can't get any easier. Press the on button with your toe, select your profile (if more than one is in there) and step on and wait for the beeps. It will cycle through all the different readings and repeat itself until you press the on/off button with your toe. Note that so far for me anyway, you can only turn it off or on with bare feet or use your finger. I haven't been able to do it with socks off.

I like the bluetooth uploads
Since I already own an Omron BP monitor that connects to my phone using their OMRON connect app. The data from the scale uploads from the scale in my bathroom to my phone in my bedroom with no issues. I do have to manually then transfer the weight to my GARMIN connect app but that is easy enough to do. Still it would be nice if there was some automatic way to have it do the transfer. One thing I like about the OMERON connect app is how easy it is to export the data. In my case I export the BP readings to a PDF document that I can then upload to my Doctor via their online portal. If Weight was something we needed to keep an eye on for health reasons that too could be exported just as easily.

Beware - scale set up and config and difficult and IMO does not work correctly
I bought the scale because it was highly rated for accuracy and had alot of metrics. I believe those metrics are pretty good for these type scales. the problem is the interface on the scale and phone up completely sucks. I have to keep setting the profile of user 1 with proper height, age, gender, etc. I find the bluetooth process to be pretty weird as well. You have to hit the bluetooth button everytime to pair. why not when the scale is one, maybe bluetooth would just be on so you an sync. Or better yet put the controls in the app so I don't have to deal with the scale and it's interface. Also the app kind of sucks. It's just not a good user experience. That said I think the scale is pretty accurate once you get through the BS of setting things up with it, over and over again in my case. Thinking about sending back.

Don't hesitate to call Omron for help setting up. The written documentation is lacking.
Initially I thought I would be like the multitude of reviewers returning the scales and leaving a scaly review. I opted to call Omron instead and Jackie, one of their friendly support staff, patiently and expertly walked me through the connection process using the bottom right ellipsis in the Omron Connect App then "more" then "devices" then "add new device". Tapping the Bluetooth icon on the scales activated the Bluetooth radio and within a matter of seconds, I was connected. Omron did not include any of this in their setup instructions that I could find. The scales now work perfectly splendidly, and I am very happy.

Easy setup, quick results, I like it!
Requires 4 AAA batteries. The initial setup and mobile pairing is easy. I set it up on the mobile app with my data and my husband's, and it was very self explanatory. After setting it up, you just step on the scale, and it reads out weight, body fat %, skeletal muscle %, visceral fat, BMI, and resting metabolism. I had a similar scale before (but broke down so had to get a new one), and the reading of my body fat % and muscle % were significantly lower comparing to this Omron scale, so I don't know how accurate Omron's readings are. Then again, these scales are just for reference; for more accuracy, it is better to go to the professional scales/machines. I only use it as a home scale for reference and to keep track of my body weight. The mobile app is a bit slow to sync, which I later got lazy to use. Overall, I am satisfied with it.

The bluetooth function only works in USA and Canada
I regret making this purchase. I am in Hong Kong and was hoping to use this scale with Omron Connect. Unfortunately, I discovered that Omron has geographical region restrictions programmed into its devices and software. The Omron Connect software only allows products being sold locally to connect. I wish Omron would remove the geographical restrictions. Only buy this product if you intend on using it in USA.

Not Easy to Connect
I bought the OMRON BP Meter on advice of my Dr. I had bought 4 previous ones and they were all inaccurate compared to the Dr.'s office machine. The BP meter seemed pretty good so I bought this scale to try and integrate fitness goals together. Since I already set up the app for the BP I could not add the scale. Finally figured it out. Instructions are terrible but the scale seems to be OK once finally connected.

Buena, precisa y rápida PERO…No se puede parear con la App de OMRON Mexico
La báscula es bonita y ligera. A diferencia del modelo anterior no requiere manubrio lo que la hace más fácil de usar. Su uso es muy parecido también al del modelo anterior, cuanta con 4 usuarios que se pueden configurar para las medidas. Las mediciones me parecen precisas y mide muy rápido las otras lecturas (grasa, musculo, etc) Sin embargo… yo no la recomiendo a menos que puedas descargar la aplicación de OMRON de Estados Unidos, ya que con la app de Mexico no se puede parear por Bluetooth, así que el sobre precio que pagas por tener esta funcionalidad.. pues no vale la pena. Así que le bajo una Estrella porque de menos en algún lugar de la publicación se debería especificar que no sirve para Mexico :(

Not for Australia - Do not purchase
Although you can buy these Scales, the actual App that provides all the benefits, will not download in Australia and the local Omron Aussie App doesn.t support these Scales. Go Figure. Omron Head Office does not want to know of the problem and provides zero help. They offer no support to the local Omron representatives who sell zero Body Composition Scales in Australia.

Buen producto
El producto es muy bueno; sin embargo, este producto es importado y no funciona con la app de Omron de México, es necesario descargar la aplicación Omron de USA para poder usar su funcionalidad de sincronizar las medidas que toma la balanza con el teléfono. Otro inconveniente es que aún cuando descargues la app de Omron de USA, las medidas que se vayan guardando no se pueden compartir con la app Salud de Iphone en México ya que no son compatibles. Debería revisar este tema la marca Omron y hacer universales sus app para que funcionen en cualquier país y se pueda sacar todo el jugo a las funcionalidades de la balanza.

Best scale ever, but optimize the app battery usage
Fantastic. Warning to Android users, the Omcron Connect app will really impact your battery in its default installation unless you go into your Android application settings and restrict the app's battery optimization. It does mean that you have to sync manually but that's the trade-off to having better battery life. Without battery optimization the app represented 50% of my phone battery usage by the end of the day. If you can accept that small trade-off in convenience it's a dream to use.

The bluetooth app is very restricted | Omron steal your personal data send it abroad
The bluetooth app , Omron connect is not a user friendly app, it is not compatible with other Omron devices if you had before say you bought it from not the North America and is not stable. It’s not simple to use this scale. Everytime you need to go to a process. It’s not like you jump to see what’s your weight now. All in all it doesn’t worth the price. Go for another brand or at least cheaper one. Also customer service is no good! They just apologize and don’t help. Omron try to collect information from devices customer bought and send the data abroad.
