All three showers in our house are Moen

Our first two showers are 8 years old and are Moen. No problems yet. We just added a third bathroom and went with Moen again. Why not? Removing the flow restrictor really increases the water flow. Oh, wait, we have a fourth Moen as an outside shower by the pool. That one also works just fine after 8 years - outdoors in Florida heat.

I’ll never buy anything except Moen

The media could not be loaded. My family purchased an older home 10 years ago. There were a variety of fixtures and hardware throughout the home. Many of the plumbing fixtures were crumbling/in bad shape, except one. The only fixture in the home with a Moen brand was the only one in nearly new condition. Since then we’ve only purchased Moen products and have never had any issues. We recently purchased this Moen shower wand and had a slider bar break after a few months. All it took was a quick email to Moen and without any hassle or questions, a new slider was in the mail. If that’s not perfect customer service, I don’t know what is. They stand behind their products 100%. I’ll be a customer for life. We own four of this particular wand/sliders and every one of them is used almost daily (family of 6). I love the convenience of being able to adjust the height for my kids and using the wand off the wall for extra help rinsing. My favorite setting is the jet setting to help rinse all of the shampoo/conditioner out of my daughter’s hair. Bonus, I use the jet setting to clean the shower often! Lol.

Great for mobility issues

Had this installed on the shower for my mom after a major surgery. She loves the flexibility it gives her to be able to clean without washing her hair every day. She's a tough critic, so glad to have found something she loves!

Nice with a couple minor issues

Straight forward installation with heavy duty wall anchors. Wish the end brackets were metal and not plastic but the torque is really on the bolts going through it. Also wish that you could turn off/trickle from the handheld. It is always on one of the stream functions. Time will tell if it holds up but no reason it should not.

Fantastic showerhead and bar!!!!

Prior to selling our last home, we bought two of these in brushed nickel. We had redone both bathrooms and this product made showering so nice for anybody of any size. I also used the showerhead in a lowered position when I was not washing my hair. We loved them so much that we bought five for our new home. We have two in the master shower and one in each of the other bathrooms. The only issue was that one of the hoses started to fall apart, but the service was awesome and it was replaced free of charge and shipped very fast. I would recommend this product to anybody and everybody! Like another review said, remove the restrictor for better water pressure when needed. We added a simple valve that can restrict the flow or open it all the way.

This product arrived fairly fast. It was easy to install on a block wall using 2 1/2 inch tapcons I agree with some reviews that the attachments to the metal pole should also be metal. I got this used like new and it looks and works wonderfully after I removed the flow control inside the shower head like everyone does.
