Perfect

I snapped the shower head off of the builder installed separately plumbed handheld shower head, whoops. Luckily we had our paperwork with all the model numbers , and this was an exact duplicate and perfect replacement. It was easy to find, too expensive for what it is but, and so easy to install. A seamless experience, made easy thru Amazon.

Disappointed

We purchased this to replace a Moen shower head that is no longer available. This looks identical and was easy to install. But...the water pressure is ridiculously low. We are on a well, so our pressure is less that city water anyway. I never had an issue with the previous shower head model. This one is so bad, I can't get the shampoo out of my hair. The water-saving feature fails to deliver on its intended function of reducing water use. It takes me an extraordinary amount of time to rinse shampoo out of my hair. It's barely enough pressure to rinse soap off your body. We haven't decided if we should try to modify it or return it.

Moen Handheld Showerhead

It seems to be fairly well made and I have used it numerous times now. The spray options are okay, nothing great, but I'm not really all that picky about it. I use hearing aids and need to flush my ears daily and found that two of the settings worked very well for that need. The regular shower setting works very well and has a nice spray pattern. I don't find either of the so called massage settings to be of any use. I find the showerhead to be attractive and fits well with the other components that make up my shower. I find the price to be pretty high for what I got, but at least it is guaranteed for life. I have personally had good luck with Moen and follow up warranty needs on other products that I've owned, so that is worth something. If you are looking for a product with lots of shower spray options I would not recommend this unit, but other than that I like it just fine and would definitely recommend it.

Feels cheap

My 3867 series faucet broke, it's not made anymore and this is the replacement per Moen. It's hard to be more disappointed. It did install very easily, just screwed right into the existing hose. That's about the only good thing. The old one had heft to it, felt like you were holding something with quality. This feels like a toy, it's completely plastic and I have no confidence it will last to the next shower. If you think you can defeat the eco-ness of this thing by busting out the little plastic barrier, you are wrong. There is some internal component that also stops water flow. This thing is terrible, do not buy it, it will make you sad and ruin your day, everyday. Historically Moen faucets have been fantastic, I have no idea what happened to them. Time to switch!

Great Replacement for Old Moen shower head - easy to Disable Eco feature

This is a great product. Like other reviewers, our last shower head just failed after about 9 years. This replacement works great and just screwed onto our existing handheld hose. Some people were complaining about the Eco feature which limits the flow/pressure. Very easy to take the flow regulators out - just took a small screw driver and gently pulled the plastic pieces out (they have a tiny cross in the middle and are where you screw the unit into your hose on the inside of the unit) and now more pressure !! There are plenty of You Tube videos that show you how to do this, but again, very easy to do and didn't damage the unit at all.

Works well

Works well, very easy to install

Very happy

Lighter than the previous model. Had to replace the old one as it was broken. This is lighter, slightly wider but water pressure is good even with regulator. Of course you can remove the pressure regulator. Worth the money
