Very easy to install....anyone could do it.

This a very nice looking shower hose. Because it is not ribbed, it does not get mold or mildew on it. It is a very good brushed nickle color that matches our brushed nickle decor. it is stiff but easy to handle and maneuver. It is very easy to install. Just unscrew your old one and screw this on. You only need to hand tighten it, so no tools should be needed (unless you need them to remove your old hose because it is rusted on). This is the second one we bought. The first one we have is over 10 years old and still looks brand new. My wife had been bugging me to replace the hoses in the other showers to this one. I couldn't find it in the normal hardware stores, but you could probably order it from a specialty plumbing store. But, we just ordered it on Amazon and got it in 2 days (and probably cheaper).

Functionally, it works as expected. It is leak free and works well overall. My first complaint is that it looks a little cheap and tacky. I bought this style hose as an upgrade over the metal ribbed ones in hopes that it'd make everything look classier. It sort of does, but once you get within a couple feet of it, it still looks like a plastic hose, and sort of a cheap one at that. My biggest complaint by far is that it won't straighten out. It came coiled up in the factory package and still hasn't "relaxed" after several weeks. When the shower head is on the wall, the hose is still partially coiled and doesn't hang or straighten out nicely. It gets in the way because it sticks off the wall and doesn't look great. For what this costs, I probably wouldn't buy it again given the price to performance ratio. I'd pay $20 for a hose like this, but should have gone another route in this case. Update: Just awful--it still won't straighten out and makes the hand shower turn in all sorts of directions spraying the water everywhere but in the tub. It also shows water marks horribly. I wish I would have never purchased this.

My only complaint is the hose is pretty stiff and hasn't completely relaxed from the tight coil it was packaged with. One nice feature is the end you connect the shower sprayer swivels even when completely tightened. The other end doesn't swivel after tightening. The lifetime warranty is great.

Good product

It's cute and does the job, and gives me the polished look I wanted for my bathroom. Just be certain to purchase the correct size, I got the 72 inich which served my purposes well.

This was very easy to install and I hope it doesn't get leaks like 2 previous coiled ones did. It is a bit of a pain but if you hold it level and don't let it move when you are using it, it will not move and start spraying the wrong direction. High quality though.

Not much to say about this--It was a replacement for a shorter hose and was easy to install in my shower. It works perfectly with no leaks.
