Quite capable material...but definitely not for the "Average Joe"/Consumer-level user.
I was needing to protect some super-hot memory chips, and had been trying out various options...heatsinks and clips, thermal pads, thermal compound, thermal tape...and then I looked at this, thought I understood what it was, and bought it! I didn't understand. I'd even *read* it quickly before buying it, but I guess TOO quickly. For people as silly as me, it has warnings such as "Causes skin irritation". Note no "MAY cause" but "Causes". Also, "Causes serious eye irritation". Doesn't say "if it gets into your eye because you splatted it", it simply says "CAUSES serious eye irritation." It also mentions "Wear protective gloves/ protective clothing / eye protection / face protection". The one that scared me out of trying it for any trivial purpose was the warning that "...Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace." Wut. Okayyyy...no, not going to try that stuff. "Avoid release into the environment." How bad IS this stuff..? "Very toxic to aquatic life with long-lasting effects." So anyway, I am now duly impressed, have no wish to pick up random skin allergies because I merely MIXED this stuff up, and will instead just put it caaaaarefully away for now, and maybe will mention it to an auto shop or electrical contractor in the future to find it a good home. Still five stars; *I* didn't read it far enough before buying, and this stuff sounds like it will do all that I had hoped it would do and MUCH more besides. Most of the 'more besides' is kinda terrifying, but hey...this is why details are important! I used thermal pads for the moment...much less frightening to work with!

Great product in very efficient packaging make it easy to dose out.
If you went looking for this item you went looking for a two part epoxy that exhibits thermally conductive properties. It is widely used to glue heat sinks onto circuit board components and allows maximum heat dispersion through the boundary layer of glue between the circuit component and the heat sink and allows the electronic component to cool properly. What I like about this packaging are the syringes. It makes for very little waste as the glue components can be precisely dosed. The conductive properties of the glue are high, and I used this glue to adhere a few thermal switches to round piping on my propane refrigerator condenser coils so that I could use the switches to operate cooling fans to increase the heat removal of the ammonia vapor and allow the fridge to cool more efficiently in hot climates. The glue performed perfectly and the switches are confidently cemented to the piping.

Not that sticky
As far as epoxy goes - not good holding power... At least not in the small quantities I mixed in, so perhaps its very important to mix large wasteful quantities before you get a decent mix? Would not buy again.

This WILL NOT cure at room temperature!
It requires high temperature to cure! It says 149 degrees F for 2 hours, or higher temp at less time. This is not a replacement for Artic Silver. That cured to the touch in 5 minutes at room temperature.

Best thermal epoxy ever ( and I've tried them all ). Strong, but NOT BRITTLE and VERY SLOW CURE ( days ) under room temperature, which is good, but can be fully cured within one hour at 80C. Great thermal conductivity, good viscosity and very long shelf life. Don't buy that Arctic Silver thermal adhesive and other junk! Try this and never look back!
