Perfect for toddlers
I bought this as a discounted lightening deal in July and gave it to my 2 1/2 year old for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! It’s perfect for her baby doll that she also got for Christmas. It was a little difficult to assemble (took quite a bit of time) but nothing too bad. Overall I would recommend this if your child loves playing with baby dolls.

Assembly that actually goes smoothly!
All the pieces are clearly labeled. The instructions are incredibly well written. All the pieces fit like they’re supposed to! I assembled this myself and while an extra person would have made it easier, it’s totally feasible as a solo project. So happy with this purchase!!

Hilarious instructions
So the instruction manual is hilarious. It starts with step one and Every journey begins with the first step. LOL. All the rest of the steps are similar in hilarity. I strongly recommend this company and product. Never had enjoyment in putting things together until today. I felt like I was in AA and learning the steps. Fantastic product and instruction booklet.

Key features are plastic
I bought the diner for my daycare and the kids loved it. The quality was really good and I felt it could stand up well to lots of play. So I thought the baby center looked fun as well. It’s ok. The doors are plastic and the kids can easily take them off so every few days I have a two year old bring me the door. Hopefully they continue to be careful and don’t actually break the door but I can see spots on the plastic pin that have that white line where it’s been bent to hard. The baby bed rocks but again it is so easy to take off by pushing on the plastic that I am afraid it may break soon as well. The high chair tray slides in and out but doesn’t actually lock into place so whenever a child tries they pull it out and then give up and walk away. Very disappointed in that as it was my main reason for purchasing. I have daycare kids trying to use my real high chairs to feed dolls. Hoping to come up with a wood piece to glue in place of the plastic tray. Overall not as nice quality wise as I thought it would be. I was trying to get away from the plastic but it seems all the features that matter on this baby center are plastic. Better for an older child who understands that they need to be respectful so the toy doesn’t break

Worth every penny
2 and 4 yr old wouldn't stop playing with it long enough to open their other xmas presents. This thing is very sturdy. I even had fun playing with it. Instead of listng what it has, you can read that in the description, I'll tell you to consider getting the play sets to go with this piece. There is a bath set that has diapers, soap, lotion, hooded towel, etc. There is a food set that has different foods, juice cups, teething biscuits, discs with food images on them that fit into a special bowl, etc. They are the cherry on top of this playset.

It’s really not worth the price.
Let me start by mentioning that my husband said this is the hardest toy he has ever put together, and he has put together A LOT of toys/play centers. I got this for my kids when it went on sale at the end of March. I love Melissa & Doug toys, so grabbing this seemed to be a no-brainer. I was WRONG. It didn’t take long for the washer & fridge doors to break off. They are only held on by tiny little plastic pegs, and once they are bent it’s impossible to get the doors back on without breaking the pegs off completely. It’s now July & neither of the doors are on (completely broken) & the crib will not stay on whatsoever. Just bumping into it accidentally will pop the crib off & it’ll break off all of the sides. It’s really annoying having to put it back together multiple times a day. I got this on sale for $100, but I wouldn’t even pay $50 for it if I knew it wouldn’t last longer than 4 months.

My daughter absolutely loved this! I wish the high chair tray didn’t come all the way off. The bed also falls off easily & doors come off quite easily too. They go right back on no problem but definitely annoying.

Great except the cradle
This would be fantastic if not for the fact that the cradle will not stay on. It falls and breaks into its constituent pieces way too easily. In fact, we've just had to forego using the cradle altogether. The rest seems to be sturdy and well made. My 2 girls and little boy all love playing with it.
