Fun Frozen toy

I got this for my daughter who loves Frozen and loves toys that have surprising reveals of some sort. The instructions were very clear, but it did take quite a bit of shaking to reveal the character. Still, my daughter was able to help with everything and loved the experience. The Elsa character she revealed is pretty basic, the cost for the item is definitely more for the experience of revealing the character, which can only be done once. Still, it is not a bad price for this with that in mind. The accessories that come with it are great, but they are pretty small and will likely get lost easily. This is also something to keep in mind if intended for younger kids since they will need help using the accessories.

My kids liked the color change

My kids both enjoyed watching metallic Elsa turn into normal Elsa and seeing the metallic-colored water afterwards. They also thought the snow was neat but it almost looks like the filling from Diapers so not really something I’m going to let my toddlers play with. The whole experience was neat though.

Fun yes but

My Frozen obsessed daughter and I were very excited to try this snow color reveal doll. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. Unfortunately the fun is sort of short lived. She got tired of shaking it halfway through so dad had to finish it. She wasn’t all that impressed with it changing color. She has been enjoying playing with the Elsa figure but that’s it. The included accessories are so tiny she can barely grasp them. I used some toys we already had laying around and made a frozen themed bin for her to try and extend the experience. Overall this was fun once but given the chance I would pass next time.

Creative idea gift

This is a great idea gift for girls that love frozen characters. It was delivered quickly and nicely packed. My niece was so excited to open and tried this out. She is 4 years old so it did require some help from adult to instruct her how to work with the water and reveal the color. It was a fun and exciting experience for her. Overall it’s a creative idea for kids toys.

Product is awful. Childs interest was 2 mins. and not worth the money. I might pay 3.oo for it but not 12.00

nice toy

This is a nice little activity but she was pretty bored after the initial reveal , obviously you can play with the doll and accesories after. We werent blown away but she did enjoy the activity which was over pretty quickly

Bouncing off the ceiling

I have to be honest, I didn't get this frozen toy with the intention of keeping it myself. I have a 6 year old daughter besotted with the films, she has been told to share this with her sister though. I was keeping this for a day when they needed cheering up. That day came along and I presented it to them. Somehow they seemed to know what needed to be done, even though I struggled to decode the instructions on the outside. Taking off the plastic wrap, there was a leaflet inside which had some diagrams that cleared it up a bit. The instructions state to take the dol out of the doll bag (marked with question marks, and a picture of a doll). The daughters guessed as to which figurine it was, due to the number of pony tails it had. The doll however was just blue. You need to place it in the canister (with an attached paper bag at the bottom), add a bit of water and shake it up and down for 45 seconds. The daughters were bouncing up and down almost faster than I was shaking the canister, they were that excited. The snow escaped the bag and filled the canister very well whilst I was shaking, I was slightly concerned that the doll was going to get damaged on the top, but soon it was cushioned by the snow. After 45 seconds I took the doll out over the sink. It wasn't completely coloured, but the blue was basically a paint over the doll. So whilst 'rinsing' off the doll under the tap, the paint was easily removed. There was also a cape, and several other accessories in the canister, including a hair clip. The 6 year old has become very possessive over them. The product is slightly expensive for what it is, but that is what you get for branded items it seems. It isn't an everyday item, so a birthday or Christmas present, or an encouragement to do well at school?

Fun for Frozen fans!

Kids love surprise toys! My nieces are obsessed with them and will happily spend their pocket money on toys like this one. It’s a mystery which frozen doll you’ll get, but you can have lots of fun finding out! Simply empty the contents of the tube and fill it with water. Then place the mystery doll in the water, shake it about and let the magic happen! The water will turn to snow and your doll will be revealed! You also get 3 Mystery bags in this set with some more surprises inside to use with your doll. There are 4 different characters you can get, but I guess the downside of it being a surprise is that you could end up with the same doll every time. I think the current price of £14.99 is a bit pricey for what you get, especially if there’s a high chance of repeatedly getting the same doll. However, I know most little girls will absolutely love playing with one of these surprise sets. Would make a great little stocking filler or birthday gift.

Good fun for a frozen fan

My daughter liked this more than I thought, she is a big Frozen fan but admittedly it’s died off and other things have come along so hasn’t mention Frozen in a while. The set though is good, messy but good. The fake snow that you mix water into gets everywhere with our kids, it was trampled around the house and on clothes but they did enjoy it. The doll is a good likeness of the movie character and was nicely painted and you get some accessories like the cape and a ring for the child to wear. I thought it was overpriced at first but you do get a good gift and compared to other hideous toys it’s on a par. £10 would be the sweet spot for this I think as it is small but you don’t get much at all for that now. It would make a great birthday gift
