Great for Discoid Lupus

This product does not irritate my discoid lupus. It is hard to find moisturizer that does not create flare-ups.

The lotion is great, the pump doesn't work.

I like the Remedy Lotion very much. It moisturizes nicely without a greasy feeling and I like how even hours later my hands still feel soft and smooth. It begins with a very light neutral scent and after a few moments that scent fades. The problem with the Remedy products seems to be the pump. I read comment after comment from people complaining that the pumps for both the cleansers and the lotions have a very high degree of failure and up until I received my last order which arrived a couple of days ago, I have been lucky with functioning pumps. The lotion arrived and right from the get-go the pump did not work. I chatted online with a customer service person who first requested that I do a return for a refund to which I told him that I was unable to do that at this time. He then told me he was able to simply do a refund and I could keep the product. Well that is fine but the refund never went through. That is ok (because I can still use the lotion sans the pump) and I'm not going to pursue the matter but I want the sellers and manufactures to sit up and take notice that people have complained for several years that the pumps on these products are terrible and they should take care of this annoying and ridiculous problem.

Not for me, I like there skin repair cream much better, works amazing compared to this. I have extremely dry skin I think this product works best for ppl that normal skin.

Pump didn't work

I love the lotion and previously purchased it in a 16 oz tub with a screw on lid. Now I was unable to order again from Amazon other than from an unknown 3rd party seller. No prime option and I always try to buy directly from Amazon. In this case I ordered a 12 oz body lotion in a pump bottle but the pump will not function so therefore I have to get a refund as they will not replace it. The manufacturer needs to supply a functional pump which is a problem at times. Otherwise no complaints with the actual lotion. It's great.

Very nice

Overview: As described. Experience: Ok no more 5 star reviews, I'm reserving 5 stars for those things that do what they are supposed to perfectly and also go above that and do something like dance or sing. So no surprises here, this does what it is supposed to, not really overly impressed for healing purposes but fine for dry skin and preventative application when I working. The big plus is no smell.
