Durable and comfortable.

Bought this for the cabin. My boyfriend is over 200lbs 6'2". Plenty of room and comfortable for 2. No leaks, maintained air through the night.

Great Value Air Mattress

This air mattress has great quality for the price. Slept on it for over two weeks straight while moving and it did not deflate once throughout the nights. It’s not as comfortable as high end air mattresses, but great quality for the value. I only struggle to get it back in the bag after I use it but you get that with any air mattress.

Nice product

This bed arrived quickly and was easy to set up. It inflated in about four minutes with the built-in pump. I was expecting guests and I set it up a few days early. That was good because it smells for a few days after you first unpack it. The package also notes that there are chemicals in it that can cause reproductive harm, according to California. (This is probably true of other mattresses as well.) It lost very little air over the first couple of days but I added a little before the guests arrived. Two teenaged girls slept on it for a week and said it was comfortable. I did not have to add any air over that period of time. It does make some popping noises as you move around on it. The coils which are compressed by your weight "pop" back up when you take the weight off. I called Coleman about this and they said it was typical of air mattresses. The amount of noise increased with more inflation and decreased with less inflation. When it came time to take it down, it completely deflated by putting the pump in reverse. I had trouble fitting it back into the carrying bag but when I posted a question about this on Amazon, I got several replies. One user told me exactly how to fold it and it easily went back into the bag. I've only used it this one time but was basically very satisfied with it. It seems a great value for the price. I suggest using queen size sheet that is deep enough for an 18" mattress as that allows you to hook the corners of the sheet around the bottom of the mattress, making it more stable.

Great for camping or travel in general

I've had an air matress for several years now and it's still going strong, but it was only a full size, and is only a few inches thick. Now that my wife and I are getting older, have a large dog, and a toddler we felt it was time to upgrade before a 4th of July visit to family in MI. It was money well spent! I love the integrated pump. It's quick to inflate just by pluggin in and flipping the switch to "inflate". The previous unit I had ran off 4 "D" batteries only, had to be held in place since it wasn't attached, and wasn't very powerful so the mattress was always a little softer than I would like, and inevitably I ended up being able to feel the ground by morning. No more with this bed! It pumps up quick, can get as firm (within reason) as you want, and stays firm all night; even with me (6'4" 200lbs), wife (5'7" 170lbs), and dog (85lb lab) sleeping on it all night. Deflating is just as quick as easy as inflating, just flip the switch in the deflate direction and wait a minute. Given our past experience with a lesser air mattress (still Coleman) I expect this unit to be just as durable and last us years to come. I'm not even worried about the dog and her nails puncturing it; yes, it seems that well made. We've used it a number of times since July 2012 and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Keep it in case you have company over, use it when traveling to family or friends, or use it for camping. The only reason I took 1 star away was because it has no provision for running off batteries. While I wouldn't want to do it every time I use it, the option would be nice in case you are somewhere (camping) you can't get adequate power to run the pump.

Quality airbed, super firm, easy to deploy and also pack

I only have a battery operated airbed to compare this too, but to that this coleman blows it away. I don't even need it anymore. This airbed blows up super firm, to the point that i didn't know airbeds can get this firm. This is a great thing, as you won't be sinking at all. Even laid down 3 people comfortably, me at 180lb, my gf at 120lb, and our roommate at 140lb. It does take roughly 4 minutes to inflate, but that's understandable for a bed this big. Also, when inflated it is just high enough where it's not too low, but doesn't seem like a massive balloon in the living room. Perfect height I feel. I also love the deflate feature... makes it much easier to pack back in the bag that it came with, as long as you fold it correctly. My first guests that slept on it love it, and anticipate many more guests to love it as well. Update after almost a year of owning- I've had countless guests use this airbed, and have even loaned it out to friends who had guests come to their place, and every single person has said that this is the best airbed they've slept on. my friends love borrowing it because it's so easy to pack and transport (other than it being a little heavy), but in NYC where most of us dont have cars and use public transport, this feature is always a win. So if you see anyone on the NYC subway carrying this, or hanging off a bicyclist's handlebars, this could be mine on it's way to another satisfied user. One thing I do wish is that the cord could be a little longer. But no biggie for me, I just pack it's own extension cord inside the bag with it.

Bed became bulbous in the middle after a couple of weeks and you’d roll outwards to the side.

Bed used for 1 overseas guest. It was ok for 2 weeks then bed became bulbous top and bottom instead having a FLAT lying surface. 2 people on the bed actually would roll outwards to the rounded edge. If we inflated the bed less it would be so soft you would totally sink ito the floor. We could only have ONE guest using it during the 2 weeks of Xmas we wanted the mum to sleep with her child but couldn’t. MOST DISAPPOINTING for a Coleman product, and not cheap either. We would definitely like to return this product.

Lasted 1 year

When first received it inflated quickly and remained inflated overnight with no issues. I used this as a guest bed for my spare room for visiting family, nearly 20 uses in a year total. However after a year, I noticed the mattress was deflating more then halfway overnight, yet I could not find any air leak even with someone lying on the inflated mattress. My conclusion is the electrical pump's one way valve wore out. I checked on repairing the pump and the cost was more then double the cost of a new air bed.

Very comfortable

I needed this air mattress as I was waiting for furniture to be delivered whilst renovations were being finished. I slept on the mattress for 4 weeks and found it to be extremely comfortable. I did inflate the mattress nightly before going to bed but I had no problem with that and I didn’t have any pre conceived expectations so that was not a problem for me. This was extremely easy to use and will be using it for visitors as a spare bed. I would definitely buy this product again.

Did not overly deflate overnight as many reviews suggest. Naturally, with a new plastic product, some expansion will occur at first, requiring a little more topping of air the next morning. The amazing built-in pump made that very easy.

So good!

Such a good air bed. Great size, firm, easy to inflate and deflate with the motor. I use it with a giselle mattress topper and it feels like a normal bed. Very comfortable!
