Require adjustable desk to go with
The chair is very well made, with high quality cushion and sturdy heavy base. But after months of trial, neither me nor my husband would use it for work. It would be great if you have an adjustable desk or do work on other elevated surface. When you sit on it, the leaning forward angle and spliting will force your back straight. The presure from body weight is put mainly on the inner thigh istead of the ischial tuberosity. In the mean time, it will also force your neck straight and you will be too tall to work on anything that is spread flat on a normal height desk. I got spit keyboard and laptop stands to go with this chair. The perfect use would be in the OR infront of a microscope. It is good for your spine and ventilates the genital area well. I feel tired after 2 hours of sitting on it and will have to stand up and walk around. There might be some pain in the inner thigh. It will worth it if you plan this as part of a full office upgrade.

Maybe not for everyone.
So I bought this chair for my husband, who sits at a computer all day for work and at home. He has been having the worst back pain, and we have tried everything, cushions, getting better normal office chairs, a back stretcher, massages, and nothing has helped. He is on the heavier side, being around 350 lbs. I received the chair today and I am confident he will love it. even if it doesn't help him, I sat it in for 2 minutes and found it to be the comfiest chair ever. So I will not be sending this back, no matter what happens. Update: One of the legs twisted when my husband used it for one day, making the wheel not level with the others. He almost fell backwards. My husband is a little heavier, but not the 600lb limit the thing claims. I loved that chair, and considered keeping it, but it was for him. I would still buy this again. it was a weird chair and it was fun, and not everyone will have the same situations. If you are a little heavier, this might not be the product for you.

Seat base broke after two years
Not particularly comfortable cushion but it did allow for a more natural hip angle. Unfortunately the seat base broke after two years so I'll be looking for a different option

Not a comfortable option for men; falsely advertised; poor return policy; don't waste your money
I'm a 5'11 skinny guy with a thin butt. The padding on this chair seat was so inadequate.. it felt like I was sitting on wood. Sadly, the backrest had way more padding than the actual seat. This tells me they could make a better, more comfortable product but chose not to. Reading the positive reviews for this product surprised me. Honestly, I can't imagine how anyone would find this comfortable for more than 20-30 minutes at a time (let alone 8 hours a day). I think this chair would be more comfortable for a female with a big butt, who happens to be active at work. After sitting down for just an hour, my perineum was numb along with my knees and hips. I thought a big reason for the split seat was to take pressure of the perineum. This seat does NOT do that. Another thing with the backrest- it's difficult to keep in one position. You have to twist the knob on the back of the chair quite a bit to tighten things up adequately. And even then, the backrest wouldn't stay in one spot. I was also disappointed with the advertised "saddle seat." In reality, the seat is pretty flat with only a slight curve; I felt the pictures were misleading. You cannot adjust the curvature on the seat. Lastly, once you assemble the chair, you can't take it apart without damaging it (it's a hydraulic seat). You have to return it fully assembled and pay full shipping costs in addition to -20% off your total purchase price for restocking fees. If you do need to return it, say goodbye to $40-50. Might be a better option selling it on Facebook or Ebay instead of paying the shipping fees. Some positives: The chair angle, height, and backrest are adjustable. I thought this was a cool feature. It's unfortunate how bad the padding is though.

Excellent Quality
This is an excellent chair. The quality was very nice and the chair was well designed. It unfortunately, did not work for my particular problem, but I think it might be an excellent choice for a person with tailbone pain. (Coccyx’s pain, levator ani syndrome, etc)

Super uncomfortable
I bought this for my work since I am constantly sitting for 8 hours straight and needed something to give me relief from my back pain and tailbone pain. I broke my tailbone years ago and am now pregnant so it’s not feeling very good when I sit down on any surface. I bought this with the intention of getting some relief in my pelvic floor area and back. This chair made it worse. It is not comfortable AT ALL! The split on the middle is less than an inch. It feels like I’m sitting on a bike seat all day. It almost feels like it is stabbing my bones so my butt goes numb after 5 minutes of sitting on it. I tried readjusting or just trying it out for a couple more days to see if I could get used to it. Nope! Don’t spend the money for this stool. It’s way over priced for the lack of comfort. I do like the back rest on it and I thought it was neat that you can adjust the angles on the seat and the back rest. I wish wish wish the seat was more separated and comfortable!!

Great chair for a dentist
I am a general dentist and I’ve been using this chair for over a year now. It’s been great, it helps a great deal for sitting in an good ergonomic position.

Chair is built for Victoria’s Secret models, not Victor’s Dive-Bar models.
Should have listened to some of the earlier reviews- chair has great adjustability everywhere except where it really matters- the space between each saddle cushion. Tailbone and my undercarriage had no room- it was more painful having my under-bits smooshed into the tiny crack than the actual tailbone pain I was trying to remedy. Chair is built for Victoria’s Secret models, not Victor’s Dive-Bar models.

Cheap, Poorly Made, Broke In Six Weeks
The media could not be loaded. Straight out of the box this chair had an issue with the hydraulic not engaging. After an hour of tinkering and frustration this was resolved. Six weeks of use (by use I mean sitting in a chair ... nothing more, nothing less) and the front portion of the saddle has snapped. There is a flimsy piece of plastic with zero reinforcement acting as a portion of the seat. Yes, this is the front portion of the chair and usually most of your weight would be on the back portion but six weeks of sitting in a chair ... I thought I'd get a little more life out of $250 purchase. After contacting the seller they will not offer a refund or return as it is out of their 30 day window. Thoroughly unsatisfied with this product. Save yourself the money and seek seating elsewhere.

Not for everyone, but it might be right for you
I've had this stool for about 4 weeks, now. It DOES take getting used to, and it will never be comfortable to sit in for hours on end. That is part of the point, I think. You should not be sitting for hours without getting up and stretching your legs and back. People complained it was "missing a ring." I assume them mean a ring-shaped footrest on or near the base. There are no photos of the stool with a ring attached on the page, so I can only assume they say a similar product from the same company that DOES have a ring. But this isn't that stool. There's a review and video of a stool with a broken seat...I weigh 270lbs/122Kg, and so far, sitting on it daily for a few hours at a time, the stool is unbroken. There are several reviews that the hydraulic lift won't stay in any position other than the lowest. I cannot confirm or rebut this, as I use the seat at just ABOVE the lowest setting, so that when I sit, there's a slight "give" to the seat, vertically, but I sit near the bottom of the lift's setting normally. Not AT the bottom, but close. And it hasn't "slipped" to the very bottom, yet. I inspected the chair as I was assembling it. Overall it's pretty well-made and I think it's of decent quality. The staples that secure the seat cover to the seat are not the prettiest, but they ARE big staples, meant to be strong, not pretty. So, if you take the onset of saddle soreness as a prompt to get up and move around, or to adjust your posture and perch, this is a decent stool for the price.

wer billig kauft, zahlt doppelt
The media could not be loaded.

Least Comfortable Stool Ever
I might have received a lemon, but I have to say that this stool is one of the least comfortable I have sat on... ever. This is likely due to the low level of padding and inability to adjust angles on either side of the split seat. Anyway, I knew within an hour that I would be sending it back. Too bad really.

Sehr bequemer Bürostuhl mit aktiver Sitzposition
Schnelle Lieferung, gut verpackt ohne! unnötigen Verpackungsmüll! Sehr gut! Einfacher Aufbau selbsterklärend in 3 Minuten. Sehr gut!
