This is a very nice light for your gun. I love how it fits the p365. The light is very bright and easy to install I do not feel like it is in the way of my trigger finger at all Install this is A 10/10 light For the right people. However I am returning the light not because of anything crimson trace has done It is simply because I carry my gun on a daily basis pretty much everywhere I go and in order to do that I need a good quality holster what the light being install it is very difficult to find the same quality holster that is designed for the gun and light the only holster I was able to find was a universal pocket holster which I am not comfortable with.

The light works as good as any other tactical light. and it looks and feels really nice on the gun. It also dosnt get in the way and is light enough, and with a slim profile that its barely noticable that its there. However the lack of a fitting holster on the market and the habit of the flashlight to randomly come on when its in a pocket or drawer means it will often be dead when you go to use it. Its a real shame too because it looks amazing and is otherwise a great light.

Design Is Flawed

I've always been a fan of Crimson Trace, but this light is disappointing. It seems to be made well, and the price point is attractive. The problem I have with this product is the odd design of the controls. The trigger finger instinctively rests on the round CT logo, which is where the activation switch should be. I have to bend my finger at an odd angle to activate. I realize it can be activated with the other hand, but it would be instinctual without having to train and develop muscle memory with a different design. It is going back after having it for an hour.

Fits perfect, lights a room well, holsters are a problem

It fits perfect and works well. I wanted just a light since I have had light/laser combos in the past and have found lasers to be nothing but a novelty on a small frame high recoil. This is fine. holsters are of course an issue as with most after you add a light or laser. But if you find something that works for you I'd say its a win. I signed up for free batteries for life since in the past I did not. Time will tell if it's a gimmick or true. But as for the light, IMO- buy it.

Good light fits well.

Light fits and works as described; the only thing I don’t like is the location of the on/off button; they are a bit of a reach for average size hands.

If you use a pocket or IWB soft holster

If you use a pocket or soft IWB holster the light may come on. Mine has burnt out since it probably came on and overheated. I’m not sure. I do know I’ve had to replace batteries a couple times and have found light on in holster. Light needs a lock out or better bezel around switch.

Good price, bad shape

The price is good but I didn't care for it. It hangs down too low and I just didn't care for the shape and position of the light. I returned it and went with the TLR-6.
