Excellent Level for Purpose

I was looking for a way to level a metal plate for a "surveying" application, and bought this "camper" level package. When it arrived, I was curious about accuracy and precision. If you want to know level withing a few hundredths of a degree, this device is not for you. You need something like a Starrett 98-6. First: These levels do not work unless they are firmly secured with bolts. Just laying them on a surface will not produce consistent results. Second: I think "level" can be determined within plus/minus 1/8 to 1/4 of a degree. I put the levels one at a time on a bar, and varied the height of ends to make the bubble move. From bubble touching left mark to bubble touching right mark, the angle of the bar changed about 1 degree, so plus/minus half-degree about center for bubble to touch the lines. It is easy to resolve a half to a quarter of the space. Third: Reversing level to demonstrate accuracy indicated that "level" is accurate within 1/8 degree. If you think you need better than that for your RV, see first paragraph above.

Cute, but...

Very cute but, almost impossible to level it straight because of the wheel in the bottom. I will have to use a flat level to level this one for the first time.

Fun and functional

We bought these for a newer (to us) camper. They went on quickly and easily and work well. A couple of times the bubble seemed to get stuck on one of the sides, but it was quickly fixed.

Great level

A must have when you renovate an old RV. The level worked great and I highly recommend. The price was also a great selling point.

COLOUR IS WRONG

The description is wrong for the colour. The one we received are "grey" instead of "white" as stated. A correction should be done.

Garbage, do not waste your money.

Stuck for about 10 seconds before falling off, and was shown to be inaccurate by no less than three other professional levels. Not sure how that inaccuracy happens, but it was the case nonetheless. I actually threw them away instead of going through the hassle of returning them, that’s how bad they were.
