Works well but…

I previously bought this nail file a few years ago and decided to get one to travel. This new one is not as nice as the original one. This one does not file quite as nice but still files. Just wish it was the same quality as the original is one of the best nail files I’ve ever had!

arrived broken

Arrived in floppy envelope and was broken in 4 parts. Sending back for a replacement as it looked like a good quality file.

The files work well if they aren’t broken by the time they arrive.

The files are fragile glass so if you do order some maybe get it in pairs so one has a chance of working???????? I like them though so I find it worth the money

Amazing

I have just ordered my 3rd one, because I didn't learn after I broke my first one, (by leaving it in my wallet and then preceding to sit on my wallet and snapping it, twice now) However, my 1st one was 2 years+ old and I loved it so much I had to get it again. No more having to buy files that wear out in seconds of use. I've used mine on my natural nail, filed my nails when I have had gel or powder on my nails and it works just as well. I can honestly say, it will be purchased again, if/when I am forgetful enough to sit on my wallet if it is in there in future.

Nice item, poor shipping

Like the glass nail file but received broken. No surprise as they shipped the glass file in an envelope. Now have to return to UPS Store for my money back

Really small. Arrived smashed in about 15 pieces.

Perhaps my surprise about how tiny this file is was my fault for not checking, but the file arriving broken and in inadequate packaging was not. I returned this item and was refunded.
