Versatile

These spinners worked out great in my classroom. I was able to adapt them so easily without having to worry about students using the pencil and paper clip method. This just made everything much easier for preparation and for independence.

Perfect for kid use!

These work perfectly for my First Graders to use with phonics and math games that need a spinner. Much safer than using a paperclip and pencil!

These spinners are great for classroom games

These spinners are great for classroom games. In the past, I have tried creating my own spinners using pencils and paper clips but have found my students struggle to use them. The spinners, however, spin easily and work great. I love that the clear plastic squares can be placed over a piece of paper containing the spinner background. It is easy to use these with whatever game I create for classroom use because they don't attach to the game pieces. They can be easily swapped from one game to the next. If you purchase these, be sure to remove the backing from BOTH sides of the clear squares. There is a blue backing on the front and a clearish backing on the back.

Overpriced, but peel the blue tape!

When these arrived I was originally angry that I had been sent blue spinners, not clear spinners as pictured. As it turns out, some genius used blue transparent tape on the spinners to "protect them" which is not immediately apparent. After peeling off the tape, I'm happy with the clear spinners, however, the arrows themselves seem to pop off fairly easily. I'm hoping a dab of super glue will keep them in once piece, as my kindergarteners are not the most gentle of creatures. For the price, I definitely expected better quality.

Not What I Was Expecting - Oops My Fault!!!

I am amending my review because once I started to put them on cd cases to make spinners I realized that both sides have a plastic peel off adhesive. Once I peeled both off, they are transparent as advertised!!! Really glad I noticed it because I was really upset because they would be hard to use in a 1st grade classroom!! I was so excited to get these because I am going to create individual spinner cases for my students. The biggest problem I have with them is that they are not clear but are a medium blue color. I am disappointed that they are not blue but need them by the time school starts so I chose to keep them.

Smaller then expected

These were a lot smaller then I expected! And only 2 of the 5 I recieved worked well (the arrow spinner on most didn't spin correctly) and would stick.

Who knew spinners could be so awesome?!?

Bought for my daughters. We did a lot of worth that requires either a die, a spinner of some sort and paper clips and pencils just were getting out of hand. So we bought these. Much better resource. I like I can easily put it on a spinner image and just use that one or if we are doing a game without a pre printed one, i can write on it. Comes straight off with a baby wipe. The girls and I love them.

Good spinners

Great spinners for my students. Lost a star because not all of them were able to spin when I received them. I was able to pull them apart sand the spinner arm which seemed to resolve the problem though.

I love these and the many ways to use them

I love these and the many ways to use them. I received a package of five however one was missing the piece to connect the back so does not work. This is not the fault of the company who manufactured ...but the fact the package was open ...and sent to me not complete. Moving around in the box. So ...I give it four out of five as the fifth item was not functional. I tried to let Amazon know but there was no access to complain about the manner I received the product in...only to Send back and wait for a replacement. I needed to use them so That is where it is at.

Waste of money!

When I got them, they were flimsy. The plastic was bendable (so bendable that you can touch corner to corner or side to side, rounded). They did NOT have a blue film to peel off. I figured I would try them anyway. The kids are constantly bending them by accident (or they bend if they don’t sit flat in a bin, which makes the spinner part not spin (gets stuck on plastic) or pop-off altogether. Would NOT recommend. For $3+ a spinner, a complete ripoff. I’ll make my own by getting plexiglass cut and buying the middle pieces anywhere else (available in lots of stores). Disappointing.

Dark Blue, Not Clear!!!!

I had been excited about these customizable spinners (using dry erase markers), but the ones I received were dark blue and my words and drawings do not show up at all. I am extremely disappointed!!! Furthermore, traces of the old dry erase drawings still show up after erasing them. I will see if they can be returned. :(

Great! Too much plastic

These spinners work great. It is unfortunate that they are wrapped in so much plastic. They come in a plastic bag, they are made of plastic and then they have a plastic covering on both sides. It takes about 10 minutes to undo everything. The manufacturer needs to relook at this.
