Exactly what I needed
I have 2 of the Pen Plax 5g aquariums which advertised this light but for some reason do not come with it... Anyways after buying them separately I really REALLY like them... They sit high above which give me room for my bamboo and they provide light throughout the whole tank. I dont use the tops for either of my aquariums so I dont know how it works with them..

Practical and Bright
Real pleased with this small aquarium led light. Purchased for a 2.7 rimless gallon glass aquarium for my betta. The aquarium didn't come with a light and after searching found this light fit my needs. The only thing with this light is that it does not have an on and off switch, but I have several tanks and use digital timers for all my lights. The clip on is very strudy and strong and the led lights are bright. I believe there are 9 led lights total. For the reasonable price it is worth the purchase if you already have timers, if not you will need to plug and unplug to turn the light on and off. Again a nice little led light for very small aquariums.

TAKE A PASS. This light never turns off.
I bought this light for my rimless Betta cube, and I can't be more disappointed. It is missing the most basic of features: There is no on-off switch on this light. The manufacturer does not mention this important fact, not in the description online nor on the box. Such basic functionality makes everything else moot. Does it clip on the tank? Sure. Does it light up? Yeah. But none of that matters, because in order to turn off the light at night it has to be physically unplugged from the wall. I suppose alternatively, you can buy an additional timer or power strip with a switch, but that only raises the total price to use it. Why would this company build a light for a fish tank with no way to turn it off at night? It doesn't even make sense. I could have got a better nano clip-on light than this one at the dollar store. Pass on this one - it's way too expensive for what it does for you and your fish.

Bright Light
I bought this product from Amazon.com few weeks ago and the result came out to be the "most" flexable LED Clip-On for my aquarium tank. I have 5 Gal Tank and it is used for nursey of my two Black Convict Cichlid. It is the best light for my tank and I thank Penn Plax for making such a bright LED light.

Parfait pour petit aquarium
J'ai un aquarium rond avec les rebords en angle, alors pas facile de trouver une lampe qui s'adapte , cette lampe est parfaite pour kon installation
