Smooth as silk

Very nice product. Smooth and moisturizing. Doesn't bleed or clump. Taste and light scent are pleasant and not overwhelming. Kinda pricey but I'd buy it again.

I love the brand

Great product but a little pricey for the amount you get

I have a scar on my mouth from a childhood accident that gets very dry and cracked in winter and this stuff healed it quickly and works great to keep it moisturized. It's got a very subtle, good scent. It goes on smoothly and seems to absorb quickly not leaving your lips all greasy. My only issue is that there is a LOT of plastic making up the container and a deceivingly small amount of chapstick inside.

Great formula

I saw this online and had to try it. The formula is incredible and really moisturizes the lips. Only complaint I have is that the component it self feels like a kids glue stick. However, being how good the product is, I’ll definitely be buying this again.

Not worth the money I’m sorry to say.

Firstly this product comes naked with no packaging or plastic. I contacted Loccitane to check and this is indeed the way it is meant. If that worries you from a hygiene/tamper perspective this is not the product for you. It is a lovely lip balm, but I found myself reapplying it often, and therefore it is not worth spending £9 as it is not going to last long. I have been searching for the perfect lip balm as I have 3 week cycles of dry/chapped/eczema type lips that are sensitive to the fun stuff (peppermint etc) they like to put in lip balms these days. This one is indeed very gentle and not at all irritating, but you will get a slightly better effect, although it is quite thick (but sore lips need that) from Nivea original care. The blue one is super gentle, and I have bought 6 on Amazon today for less than I paid for one of these.

I have been obsessed with moisturising my lips for years now, I have been using many different products over the years and this one stood out to me. It’s expensive for what it is, but I find that this balm really does the job. Normally when it comes to the cheaper stuff I would apply that a lot throughout the day, I couldn’t keep count. I would normally keep balm on me at all times. I apply this once and I dont have to bother with applying more unless I have eaten or drank a lot of liquids which would affect the balm on my lips. Other than that one application is enough. I use lip balm religiously and this is my go to!

Good but not the best (probably...)

I was looking for a decent lip balm (without petrolatum and paraffin mainly) without any sugary or strange smell... This one is perfect in this regard! Simple, thick enough, mildly bergamot or or agrume scented ... It does moisturize but I am not giving 5 stats since for the price and given the brand I would have expected to be more effective in keeping soft and moisturezed lips, overall a good product easy to use and to be carried around in your bag.

Excellent winter lip balm!

Great lip balm! Very moisturising, no colour, not sticky.... I bought on subscribe and save, which made it a little cheaper! My only complaint is it jojoba oil in it, which personally I'm not a fan of, and the scent is very strong... but would recommend definitely!

Product came unsealed, looks like it could have been used.

Love this product but never ordered it on here before and was disappointed to find it came unsealed. I have purchased before from L’Occitane itself and it would usually have a wrapper or tape sealing the lid on. Anyone could have used it before me. Will be returning.
