Works for arthritis

This is the best product I found so far. I have arthritis on fingers and weak wrists. The grip adjusts so you can open small and large bottles/jars. Other products I tried all hurt my hands one way or another. Make a note that this opener is very large. It may be difficult to find the storage for this.

Jar Opener

Definitely helpful for opening jars, but still not easy at times when the lid is on really tight, because of having arthritis.

A treat to use

As a rehab nurse I was impressed by how easy this is to use with painful hands and wrists. Pretty much no effort at all to open those pesky jars and bottles of almost every size. Has a pierced handle for hanging if you want, and if not, it’s big enough that it doesn’t get lost in the general junk drawer in the kitchen. Good item, worth the cost because unlike others I’ve tried, this one looks like it won’t be breaking.

I haven't compared this to other modles, but it looks to be one of the best designs. Long handle, large dial, etc. It absolutely works great, even for my 90 year old mother, who has very little strength. Highly recommended.

have difficulty getting it to work as advertised

thought this would be great for seniors, but still need both hand to hold onto jar whilst trying to work grabber. have a similar model but much older and it works with no trouble at all.would not recommend this.not what i was expecting it to be,just sits in the drawer collecting dust.

Easy to use and works great for people with arthritic hands!

I've owned one of these for years and use it all the time, it works great for people who have arthritis in their hands or have trouble opening jars. I liked mine so much I've just purchased one for a friend who also has arthritis in her hands. It makes the impossible task of opening up jars possible! The handle turns easily to grip to the lid size and it's very adjustable to many different lid sizes. If you have difficulty opening jars, this opener will be a huge help, especially if you live on your own and would otherwise have to wait until someone else can open the jar for you.

The Best Jar and Screw Cap Opener on the Market!

Without a doubt this is the best Jar and Screw Top Opener on the market. This is the second one I have purchased as my original one which I had many years decided to go into retirement! It is extremely robust, fully adjustable and never fails to open even the most stubborn of jars and other screw top items. Definitely worth the money, nothing else on the market comes close to it! Cannot manage without it!
