Great value for an insulated pad
I ordered this for a winter time backpacking trip and it ended up being unseasonably warm. Despite this, I still bright this pad with me and used it. I slept in a hammock with this pad. I utilized an underquilt and a sleeping bag with an additional top quilt blanket. My first night I got up in the middle of the night and removed my sleeping bag and slept with just the top quilt blanket and the pad. I was toasty warm all night even though it got down to 35 degrees that night. The next night I did pretty much the same thing except I slept on top of my bag because it was colder. The pad was very comfortable and it was extremely easy to inflate and deflate. It’s not the smallest pad to pack but for an insulated pad, it works really well. Highly recommend this pad.

Be sure to get insulated model and get the larger size if 23" wide is too narrow. Perfect for me!
I got one for each of us. It's perfect size for me but a bit too small for my husband. In retrospect, I'd get the larger size for him up front. Also, the valve on one is a bit touchy and will pop out if the valve cover isn't snapped firmly. This happened once during the night (user error) and once while we were inflating it (frustrating). Lastly, the listing is misleading as it's actually for the UNINSULATED model; I had to scroll down and SELECT insulated (at a higher price). Nonetheless, I love this pad! It's lightweight and small so it's easy to fit in the saddlebag when we're moto-camping. Even after using it, it fully compresses to the same size. The pictures show one pad as originally delivered next to one after use. Definitely a quality product!

Awesome ????
So I used this during my last winter trip camping and it helped alot more than I initially gave it credit. I would recommend using if you plan on going in colder weather helps keep your body heat longer.

Very durable for nighttime activities
The media could not be loaded. Just used this pad for a two night trip. It is more comfortable if you’re a stomach or back sleeper, but not terrible on your side. I’m a 5’5 plus size girlie and this fit me well. My partner and I wound up in an entanglement and this pad withstood a thorough pounding. Very impressed.

Great product, highly recommend especially when its on sale!
I've always been one to use an air mattress when camping, but when flying to a camping destination/ arriving late at night to a site and not wanting to wake the whole campground with the sound of the pump: I needed another option. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a go and I'm glad we did! This pad takes up less room than a pair of sweatpants and is really easy and quick to inflate. I only had one issue with it and that was a user error. It's a bit hard to properly close once completely inflated and I learned that the hard way, I thought I had it closed, but until you hear the snap its not... I woke up 2 times that night and had to re inflate, after the second time I pushed that sucker HARD and that's when I heard the snap and realized OHHHH... okay user error haha I've never had the same problem. We now have two and they BOTH fit into our tent bag along with the tent/poles etc... lightweight, comfy, takes up very little space and keeps me warm and off the ground. I read that this one often goes on sale so I snagged it up when it was on sale, highly recommend!!

Good, not great. Better options out there.
I've been a customer of Thermarest for 20 years, and decided to step out of my comfort zone and try this one out... For an inflatable backpacking mattress, it's ok. I found myself sliding off of it much more than my Thermarest, and the sides don't keep you on as is advertised. The "insulated" material is more gimmicky than anything else. Being off the ground on any mattress with a half decent sleeping bag will be sufficient, and you would literally never notice a difference. It's about the same weight and packed up size as the thermorest, but I still would prefer the thermorest. If you're a side sleeper, or roll over a lot at night, you'll find yourself rolling off of this much more, and your hip or shoulders on hard ground more as well. I'll be giving my wife this one and keeping my old thermorest for myself ????

Great buy and feels comfy
Received this today and so happy i purchased. On the Klymit site this sells for $89.99 and with Amazons stellar daily deals i got it delivered with tax etc for $59.xx. I immediately inflated it, in description it says 10-15 blows and it will be inflated but it took me approx 25, maybe my lung capacity isn't what it should be. I inflated and tried in out on living room floor and it is going to be comfy, im a side sleeper and I tried it that way and seems to be good. I would have given 5 stars but it says it comes with a patch kit and i did not receive one with my order so I'm a bit disappointed with that. Another thing when looking at the Klymit's website it says this is guaranteed for life. Wish Amazon would allow for half stars because even with the missing patch kit i would have given 4.5 stars if allowed. I would reccommend this pad to anyone who wants a good nights sleep while camping/hiking. It is 24oz/2 lbs but i think it's worth the weight. I'll update this post after i actually take it camping/hiking.

Worth the wait.
USA product delivered for free within the allotted time (prime only). Looks massive, but gets much smaller when it inflates. Comfortable for a side sleeper, and very very warm. Upshot is: I’d rather buy two of these than one of the very expensive competitors. R value is a bit high.

Reall impressed with this, and dont slip off it.
Reall impressed with this, super comfortable and keeps you warm and dont slip off. I've tried another high-end pricey sleeping pad and just slipped offf, but this one i manage to stay on and its super comfortable and good value for money, My only complaint is im not a fan of the valve, I once accidently turned it and all the air came out really fast so had to blow it up again (which is hard when youre tired/exhausted)

On sale for around $100, was TOTALLY worth it
Reference: I am 6 foot 3, 200lbs Being an avid camper and snowmobiler in Canada, I have had a fair share of cold sleepless nights in freezing temperatures due to the lack of an insulated sleeping pad. (If you don't know, your winter sleeping bags temp rating is based on the assumption the bag is insulated from the ground) When my old one had to be replaced, i asked around and heard many good things about klymit. For about $100 this pad does an incredible job insulating me from the ground in -20 Celsius weather, it packs up extremely small which is great for backpacking and snowmobiling, and it blows up in about 10 breaths for me which is pretty easy. The v shape of the ribs of air does a great job at keeping my body off the ground in every sleeping position. The deflate valve is pretty useful as well. I haven't been able to try it in warm weather camping but, it will work great for the summer as well. Being 6' 3 it could be slightly longer for my liking, but honestly I have no complaints as i tend to sleep with my legs bent anyway. Anybody 6' or under will have tons of length to work with. Definitely recommend 5/5

Great sleeping pad
I bought this pad for a late fall camping trip. I have the EcoTek sleeping pad but I wanted one with a higher R Value and better reviews. While this one may be a little more heavier it does in fact keep you warmer. I also prefer the rectangle shape to provide more room for your body while sleeping. The EcoTek brand I found I would slip around more or wake up uncomfortable. I also prefer the inflatable method with these. I would say after 20 good exhales the pad is good to go. I took this on an 8 day trip and kept warm, no leaks and no real issues packing back up. In a 1 person tent like I have I did find it somewhat harder due to limited space.
