Really comfortable and warm in 30 degrees
We took this spring camping in temps that ran as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Were warm and comfortable. I woke up and didn’t immediately realize I was not in my own bed at home, that’s unbelievable as I usually can’t get comfortable with air mattresses. This one doesn’t bounce or move around a lot when I or my partner moves at night. Couldn’t feel pebbles or the ground under the mat even when lying on my side or sitting up. Warm. Didn’t get cold from below. This is a great item, better than I expected

Avid backpacker - Good overall value for a double wide pad
I am an avid backpacker and own over 12 different pads from 7 different companies. I have 3 other single wide pads from Klymit and have had fairly good results with them. I was looking for a double wide sleeping pad for when my wife would join me on backpacking trips. I found this pad on sale for $99 on Amazon around thanksgiving, which was cheaper than I had seen it lately so I decided to make the purchase. Some Klymit pads have had an issue with developing a slow leak issues due to delamination of the coating on the fabric. Thus allowing air to seep through. This was my biggest worry although I haven't had that issue with any of my other Klymit pads so far. The manufacture mentioned that they updated the fabric technology for 2020 so I hope that resolves the issue. Upon receiving the package I noticed a welcome upgrade. The single wide pads have a push pull valve and this pad came with a flat valve. Much easier to use IMO. Another big upgrade was it also included a pump bag which doubles as the pads storage bag. BIG thumbs up on Klymit for including the pump bag! I weighed the pad and bag and it came in at 40.5oz. To make sure my pad held air I inflated the pad and true to the manufactures website it took about 6 full bags of air to inflate. Another thank you to Klymit for the pump bag upgrade. It makes using the pads much more enjoyable. We test the pad with full body weight and left it aired up for 4 days. It was just as tightly aired up after 4 days as it was when I originally pumped it up. No air loss at all. Another welcome upgrade, at 3 inches thick this pad is slightly thicker than the single wide pads so offer me more comfort as a side sleeper. The size of the pad is great for 2 people. Plenty of room to be able to roll over without falling off or feeling your too close to the other person. Overall, I am very satisfied with the pad. It was built to handle 2 people and seems very well suited to do just that. I will give a future update to let you know if I’ve experienced any issues with the pad with extended use.

Great cold weather camping pad
I bought this pad to mainly use when my son and I go camping, but use it for extra moving room when by myself. The first time we used it, it got down to 40° the first night and then down to 33° the next night. This pad kept us warm and we never felt the coldness from the ground. I've used this on 6 camping trips now and can say its been great. I also give this pad props for its support and can say it worked great for a large side sleeper like myself. I'm 6'4" and 250 lbs. and my hips never touched the ground. Honestly, I was surprised because it's hard to find a pad that will support me sleeping on my side. Overall this pad performs great and I look forward to future camping.

Would recommend!
Took this on a 10 day trip on The Wonderland trail and it worked great. Not the lightest option out there but better then one of us ending up on the ground! It is very comfortable for side sleepers and easy to inflate. The R rating did help as my solo V leaves me much cooler at night.

Helps Keep You Warm!
Overall, I"m very happy with this purchase. We live in Wisconsin and wanted to do some fall camping and wanted a dual mat. We received a recommendation to try Klymit from a trusted family member. I initially ordered this directly from Klymit but received a damage item. They were helpful but in the interest of time I ordered from Amazon. Oddly the items looked different. I'm not sure why. Fast forward to our camping trip. It was ok to inflate but do not try to release just a little air while on it (common sense I know but my husband tried). The mat was fairly comfortable and quite and kept us warm even when the temperature dropped to 28 degrees (F). It filled a good portion of our little tent and is nice that it's full length instead of 3/4. I see complants about hte "holes" - if inflated properly you will not touch the ground. My husband found the mat very comfortable. I was content but not overly comfortable. Overall happy with our purchase!

It does the job!
I was getting sick of toting along air mattresses and pumps and batteries and found this gem. It’s lightweight, doesn’t need batteries and doesn’t take up space. It’s cozy and keeps you off the ground! My only downfall? Wish it was bigger! Other than that I totally recommend!

Good quality but not sure about insulation
good mattress and also weight is reasonable. only issue is that it is not that well insulated and you need to be carefull how you inflate it - too much air causes discomfort, i found that inflating it to level where you can press through it while sitting works really well when two people sleep and produce equal pressure on the tent

Warm and comfortable, great for side sleepers
Took the insiltwd version up Dartmoor with my wife in late autumn and winter, both of us slept great without ever feeling cold, no deflation, comfortable even as a side sleeper, quite long, which I need as I'm 2m tall. Great pad, perfect for couples.

Comfortable for side sleepers
I have the single version of these mats and decided to get the double so my partner and I would have a more comfortable sleep together (vs trying to attach two together and falling into the crack between them). They're comfortable for side sleepers but the 4.4 R value is questionable - they recently introduced standardized ratings for mats and Klymit has yet to release what their values are on the scale. I've used them in negative temperatures and they have been colder than my other winter mats, but coupled with a z lite sol they're fine. Only tip on these doubles - the first one I bought noticeably lost air overnight. Klymit actually has a section on their website that addresses some air loss and their explanation is that if you blow it up with your breath, the warm air eventually cools and it loses pressure. This wasn't applicable to me though because I actually blew it up using the bag (which was super slow to do). I finally decided to return it as defective and the second pad I was sent by Amazon didn't lose anything overnight. These are good mats, I love the singles, so I have high hopes of backcountry comfort with the double. Test your new one indoors overnight and return it if the leakage is unacceptable.

Fantástico
Fantástico, liviano, pequeño, la bolsa que trae para el inflado es muy practica, no necesitas llevar bomba de inflado, se infla con la bolsa y cuando ya no entre más aire inflas con la boca para tener mayor confort. No compres la aislada, si no acampas sobre nieve no la necesitas, además que te ahorras espacio y peso en la maleta. En las fotos comparo las dos.

Happy with my purchase
I’ve been really happy with this pad so far, although I wouldn’t say it’s as comfortable as sleeping at home like some reviews have said. I find you have to be very careful not to overinflate, in fact it should feel softer than you’d think because once two people get on it will distribute the air and stay soft- it took us a few trips to really get this right! The inflation seems like a pain but I’ve always had it blown up in less than two minutes. It is a bit bulky for backpacking but I find it comfier in the tent than two separate mats. I was nervous I’d get a dud that leaked after reading so many reviews, and on the first test run it DID appear to be leaking. I was upset, but decided to try again and that’s when I realized that one of the valves was actually not completely closed. You have to ensure that you hear a loud “snap” when you close them, they can look completely shut otherwise but still let out air. I’m not sure if this was the issue for other reviewers but double check this yourself before returning! Seems obvious but it almost tricked me.
