Very nice

Just using this for at home projects, I build guitar pedals as a hobby and sometimes need to make cables so this is good for heat shrink. Also used it to help remove stickers. Worked perfectly.

i like that this heat gun has two setting for the heat temperature compared to other products. I use it to seal my vinly work onto glass tumblers.

Muy práctica, bastante potente, la he usado para remover el cristal de equipos celulares y en máxima potencia poder retirar los procesadores de xbox 360. Sin duda por el precio es una gran compra.

warranty claim is false

Unit started smoking dangerously after a few months of use. Called customer service and was told it would be replaced under warranty only if I paid shipping on defective unit to South Carolina at my own expense. For a $17 heat gun, shipping would be more expensive than replacement--so effectively this item has no warranty. I offered to send a video of the malfunction and was told that would not be sufficient. I will not be purchasing from Genesis again. Warranties that are not held up are worse than no warranty at all in my opinion. If you will not stand behind replacement of your product, then just don't offer the warranty!

La compre para mi papá ya que accesorios así los necesita en su trabajo, ya tiene medio mes usándola y le ha gustado bastante, si es cierto eso de que da un aroma a quemado pero creo que es porque calienta mucho pero no pasa nada, las boquillas que trae son de mucha ayuda, fue una buena compra

Amazing for the price doesn’t break and isn’t finicky the turning on switch is kinda weird the way it works when you turn it off you can press too hard and turn it on the opposite side on the other power setting on both sides low or high you can accidentally switch to when trying to turn it off but other then that it’s light works amazing gets hotter then 180*C it will burn you if you touch the nozzle I touched it unknowingly and thought what I was heating up touched me and looked like melted plastic but the gun nozzle touched me and instantly melted my skin I’m a guy who can handle myself so I thought it was plastic so I grabbed at it to pull the melted plastic off but I pulled my melted skin off and that’s when I realized it was my skin do not let kids use this AT ALL even with an adult watching unless they have severe hand and face and chest arm leg entire body protection but the kid would probably overheat in the suit you’d have to wear I still use it without gloves or a jacket because I learned my lesson but this goes to show it’s a hard working tool NOT A TOY but works as intended and is to be treated like so no matter the ignorance or anything this thing does what it’s supposed to 5 out of 5 would buy again or recommend

Garbage emitting toxic fume

I bought this some time ago and used it 3 times. Each time I have used this, I saw white toxic smoke coming out from the casing after it was powered off. This thing is a safety and health hazard I would highly suggest NOT buying.
