Was worried at first

I loved the look of this dispenser, and ordered it even though some reviews were saying it did not dispense very well. I am a VERY picky consumer and could not be happier with this product. It is very heavy and will made. Not plastic junk when it comes to the body and handle. I use dawn and Palmolive soap in my dispensers and they pumped through great. I am not sure how some people are having problems with theirs. I rarely ever write a review but just had to on this one because the negative reviews had me so worried. Also.... plenty of thread to mount on quarts and granite. Great product! Especially because the one from moen thet looks like this one was almost $200

3 Purchased 3 Arrived Broken THERE IS A FIX!!!!!!!

I have purchased 3 of these and all 3 have the same problem, they arrived broken!! The metal spout parts are made out of heavy metal but the pump is made of plastic. The spout has two pieces the top part (nozzle) that the actual plastic pump attaches to and a base that the top part and the pump slides into (pic 1). To fill it you pull the top and the pump out of the base and pour the liquid into the base which has a storage tank on the bottom to hold the liquid. The top and pump are shipped stuck inside the base (pic 1). These parts along with the plastic tube that goes into the pump and sticks down into the tank are stuck inside a bubble wrap envelope.. That is stuck inside a box with the liquid tank. What to me it looks like is the weight of the metal top and and the base are snapping the pump off where it fits into the top piece during shipping. When it is used, you are pushing straight down on the top and pump which slide inside the base. During shipping the top and base are laying on their side bouncing around (like getting thrown on the front porch) and the side movement of the heavy parts is causing the plastic pump to snap in two at where it goes into the top (pic 2)!! After the last one arrived snapped in two, I Googled this problem and found that this is a recurring problem and most of the people who had this problem and called the manufacturer were told to return it for a exchange (which I have done twice) but one person had a fix! Delta Faucet must have the same issue with some of their pumps because they sell the complete plastic pump with the tube by itself or with the storage tank. Delta has two models and the person who used this to fix theirs didn't say which model to use so I ordered both from one of the big box internet hardware stores and will return the one that doesn't fit! The pump part can be seen broken off in the top piece in pic 3 it is in the small white piece in the center. I used a sheet metal screw just a little bit bigger than the hole turned it in about 4 threads and then pull the screw out and the part of the pump that is stuck in the head came right out. I do not feel this is a problem with the pump itself I feel it is a problem with the way it is package and the way it is tossed around during shipping!

Not bad at all

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for a bathroom remodel despite the negative reviews here and other places like Wayfair. I am more pleased with this than I thought I'd be. Firstly, the sleeve is more than adequately long enough to go all the way through my 1" thick vanity top. Maybe some of these ship with a short sleeve. Some people noted there was actually no hole for the soap to come out? Mine certainly had one, though it does look pretty small compared to the size of the fixture. I thought I might want to drill it out to a larger diameter but after testing I think it's ok. The first thing I did was test this with just water, and it worked splendidly, So functionally it has no problems. Then I put some soap in it. The soap I used to test was quite viscous, thicker than most liquid soap, probably because it was from a refill container that had been sitting around for years. So I needed to thin it out with some water. If I didn't do that I definitely would have had the problems others have noted with soap not coming out, the pump sticking down, etc. The fixture pumped the soap just fine. The travel of the pump is a little short and the spring is definitely a bit weaker than some of the disposable pumps I have, so I can see how people may complain about not getting enough soap out of it with one press. Maybe at some point I'll try to swap out the pump with one a little better but for now I think it will work. To summarize; This is a beautiful fixture, the pump itself is a little under performing but it works sufficiently enough. Use a thin soap for the best results.

Heavy, beautiful, functional

I bought two of these in polished nickel to match my Kohler Artifacts faucet and a prep sink Delta faucet. I love the way they look! They also are substantial and withstand daily use by my kids and a heavily used kitchen. I paired both with a NeverMT soap tube gizmo so I pull soap straight from the costco-size jugs of soap I keep under the sinks. The NeverMT takes a while to start pulling the soap from, so I just siphoned the soap up the old fashioned way, then attached the tubing to the dispenser. It’s a tight squeeze to get the tubing onto the dispenser, but soaking the tube end in some hot water helps it stretch onto the dispenser’s “straw”.

Looks beautiful but the pump isn’t functioning

Beautiful look and fit, but the pump is not working. We purchased it to replace another one we had for 10 years in the kitchen sink. It is very nice but we need to order another one to see if it works. This pump does not function…

No one in customer service gets back to you

The media could not be loaded. I ordered both the faucet and matching soap dispenser on 1/15/23. I had it installed professionally and have called 4 times on the fact that, like others, the soap does not dispense soap. I’ve watered down the soap, cleaned it out, refilled it, and to no avail. I’m not paying for a soap dispenser that’s faulty.

Easy refill

A quality product. I also like that it can be refilled without getting under the sink. I would highly recommend this product. A perfect compliment to the Kingston faucet I recently installed.

Faulty design - doesn’t work

Purchased 2 and had to return both since they were faulty in the design. Spring in the pump is not strong enough to push the pump back up when depressed. Customer service was no help. Said to try to thin out the soap with water. Didn’t work that way either. Very disappointing as we purchased and installed the matching faucet.
