Just what I needed

My kids asked, do you need a new paddle to beat those kids on the court? Of course kids! This things is a beast. It's not too heavy but definitely lets you know its there. It is solid. When you make a hit, it hits. My game is awesome with this Beast. I was playing so well people were crying as they left the court. One by one I picked off the competition. As they left they were destroying their paddles and tossing them in the trash. What a great day!

Great to Get Back into the Game

After 40 years, I got back into ping pong and bought this bat. I played as a kid a lot, but then stopped early teens for some reason. This paddle has been great to reacquaint myself with the various strokes. Having played twice a week for about 1.5 months now, I'm happy to see ball control coming back to me. The reason this paddle is good for that is because it's "only" a five-ply with standard rubbers with not too much bounce. That way, you focus on getting your technique back. Are more expensive bats better? Sure, but people don't beat you because of the quality of their bats. It's all in the technique of course.

Wish I wasn't so heavy handed with it

Been using this at my work for break time games. Solid construction and spin control if you take care of the rubber. I ended up messing up the edge of the paddle which throws of some of my volleys. Take care of it and it will last enough to make it worth the price.

Good beginner racket

I'm a 1700 rated player and bought this for training my kids. It's a decent buy. High quality rubber with a slow bat. Bat has a wooden, hollow feel when looping, but it has what it needs to get the job done. Exactly what I wanted for my kids. I was pleased (jealous) to see it comes with a nice case. Funny how I buy myself a custom $200 racket and it doesn't come with anything but this little preassembled one does! Lol

Great starter\mid level paddle

This paddle is awesome in my opinion. The pips are responsive and the weight is good. Not to heavy, not to light. The handle is comfortable. Def a great value for the $$.

As a first Paddle, INCREDIBLE!

Let me start by saying that I am not an expert by any means. I play casually at the office with my coworkers.... However, this paddle changed the game. The amount of spin you can apply to the ball is incredible compared to the trash carboard paddles the office offers. In addition, the ball feels like it 'slows down' with the padding from this paddle. I have been able to improve my game significantly. Not only that, but the learning curve for the paddle is minimal. I have been able to use other Killerspin paddles without much adjustment. Something to note... the surface of the paddle will get very dirty and greasy over time. I highly recommend buying the paddle polish to keep the surface sticky and clean. In addition, the wood handle does patina over time. Overall I would 100% recommend for the casual player that wants to improve their game paly.

Great paddle

I just started playing table tennis and needed a paddle that I could use consistently. I got tired of trying to use the broken and worn out ones that we had to use. It has been a great paddle for me as a beginner! Highly recommend

Very good beginner paddle!!!

I ordered this paddle on October 18th and I was so pleasantly surprised with how fast it came. It arrived in 3 days when it said it would take 4-7 business days! The quality of the wood and rubber is very good for its price, as well as the responsiveness of the sponge on the paddle. I have used it many times in tournaments and have done very well, compared to when I used a cheaper alternative. It comes in a good quality cardboard box which was in very good condition when it arrived, and in the box is the paddle, a panel to log games and a marker to log your games versus your top competitors. The wood is very light and ergonomic, but one downside is if you sweat, it will go into the paddle wood ad make it wet as well. Leaving it out for one hour should fix it though. The rubber is very sticky and provides lots of spin on AAA JOOLA balls that I use, and stays sticky for a long time if you take care of it. The sponge provides good power without it feeling like you are hitting the ball with a slab of wood, and it has great energy return. All in all, I think this is a great product that is good for beginners but will work for intermediates as well and will provide a fun table tennis playing experience. 10/10

Sturdy, light and awesome Pad

Sturdy, light, perfect fit for hand, and I have large hands. Soft rubber, very very nice control on spin, Anti-topspin, Chop and you can do Dead ball very nicely. If you ask me, I don't think a professional would mind it.

Good Racket For The Price

Have used it regularly for a few weeks now. A little heavier than expected, it is weighted forwards and downwards so that was a little unexpected compared to what I was using before. Well made, nice presentation box, and as a beginner I can say that my game has definitely improved since using it. Great value for a quality racket.
