Designed for lightweight curtains

This is a perfect curtain rod for a lightweight project. If my span had been any wider the rod would have needed additional support in the middle. If the weight had been any heavier it would have required an additional support and it only includes the 2 to hang it. It is perfect for a small project.

Exactly like it shows!

Good product for the price. Does NOT have middle bracket and can come apart if you pull out too far. But if you only use for that width...worked well!!

Pretty good, with one suggestion to the manufacturer

These are attractive and were normal-level difficulty in hanging. They are sturdy enough to support my heavy blackout curtains, so that's good. Re the included brackets, I have one complaint but it's standard to most brackets... I cannot understand why the screws to tighten the rod in place within the bracket are not winged for easy turning. Once the brackets are installed, it's impossible to get a screwdriver into the slot on the screwhead because it's too close to the wall and at an angle that prevents using anything longer than a couple of inches to tighten the screws. So you wind up turning it with fingers, but the small round screwhead is frustrating to hold and turn, resulting in banged knuckles and much cussing. A winged end would be so fabulous, and I would gleefully note such a boon in my review, if it existed.

Great cheap rod with simple installation

I've installed a lot of curtain rods, Venetian blinds, Roman shades, and other window treatments. This curtain rod is hands-down the easiest one to install I've come across. Just two screws on each side, and they provide mollies for installing directly into drywall. The two brackets have screws for holding the rod tight in place. Other reviewers have said they won't hold up a heavy curtain, but as long as you install the curtain rod properly on a wall that can hold the weight, these curtain rods can hold the heaviest of curtains. You only get four screws and four mollies, and the instructions are four tiny pictures printed on the cardboard hang-tag. You could probably install this curtain rod without the use of any instructions, but it would have been nice for them to include one or two extra screws and mollies. They are a pretty standard size so you could replace them, but this seems like an oversight to me.

Inexpensive and they look great

I was impressed with the quality and the appearance. The finish rivals any of the high end Chandeliers when i was in that line of work. As usual though,design limitations are the breakfast crossword puzzles that engineers enjoy but never really finish. The tippy top mounting screw holes are within an 1/4" of the knee portion of the brackets. This is not a major factor if you are using an appropriate screw driver say; A #1 Phillips Head Screw Driver with a 4" shank. They send lots of screws and plastic molly anchors so when you ruin a screw,you do not have to rob the odds and end drawers. Instead you get to add more screws to that prized collection. The rods are more than study enough to carry the 36" span that i needed and the top quality Black Out curtains are indeed well hung. For price,quality and gorgeous looks especially on the finial ends,these are the ones to get. Operative word here is;Value.

Very small

Very very small, and not sturdy at all. I don’t think it’ll hold my curtains up, but I guess you get what you pay for. It was easy to put up but a little aggravating because it was very flimsy.

Well made product

This looks well made and not cheap. I used stick on screws to hold the rods as I did not want holes in my door. I got a similar color and look stick on easily and these hold my curtains amazingly well. Would recommend buying it.
