A little weak

The bendable curtain rod is exactly what I need. But when the rod is at the maximum length stated that this rod can be extended to, it sags even if nothing is on it. We have tried everything aside from duck taping it or just getting a brand new rod. We even joined two of the rods together with one of the double-sided screws from the unused elbow and it still sags! We don't know what to do. We like the product, but there is either too much play in the larger rods, which makes the smaller interior (extension) rods sag. Or the rods are just weak and easily bend. Also wish the item came with more detailed instructions (ie including the 72" option).

nice price but definitely not silver

This was very inexpensive. I didn't want to spend the money at the time of purchase. It fits the window and it looks nice. However, it is far from silver. I don't seem to notice it much daily, but if you need a silver curtain rod, this isn't the one.

Gets the job done but poor paint finish

This product gets the tricky task of installing bay window curtain rods done with relative low effort (space and install the brackets, assemble the rod system with joints, and easily couple the two). However, the diameter of the rods seems a little smaller than what you would want for style, the construction is very flimsy, and the surface finish of all components is awful. Its paint can be scratched significantly by just assembling the product. Despite these shortcomings, I am still satisfied with the product.

Good product, ball joint set screws were too long

A good rugged product, I would have given it a 5 star rating but the ball joint set screws were slightly too long, just a few millimeters, preventing locking the ball joint at the correct angle. I fashioned a tiny washer to fit beneath the screw head, that worked perfectly and saved me a trip to the local hardware store for a shorter screw.

It works

I’m happy to have the curtain rod for my master bedroom bay window but the instructions aren’t super clear for installation. Idk if we did it right or not seems a little unsturdy in the middle. Could use an extra bracket to hold the middle up. My window is not to big for the advertised size the rod fits.
