Critters loved it

My chinchillas really love the dusting powder. This is one of my go twos and it’s fairly easy to access and have delivered on an auto shipment.

My chinchilla likes her dust baths and this dust seems safer than some of the others I was reading about. Nothing fancy, just ash/dust/dirt (whatever it basically is) for her to roll in for cleaning and relaxing. I’ll buy again.

I am not a paid reviewer. I ordered this for our two chins. It is a soft sand and they seem to like it just fine. The container is handier then a bag. I would purchase this again.

Value for your buck

First time purchasing this product we have our first chinchilla pet, my daughter was very pleased with how well it was to pour and watch her chinchilla roll around happily. The clean up was a bonus easy to sweep up area not alot of residue and didn't cause any coughing or allergy problems. Great value for the tub you get

Our Go-To Brand

This is the only brand of dust that we have used for our chinchilla over the past several years. He loves it and we have had zero issues with it. Dust does scatter when it's in use, so use in an area that is easy to clean. I have taken to placing the dust bath inside a little enclosure intended for cat litter boxes and it keeps the dust contained and easy to clean up. Our chinchilla loves his dust bath and will certainly coat himself with it.

My white chinchilla is now beige- GARBAGE

I wish I read the reviews before I bought this, I thought this was a good brand. The texture is like almost clumpy as mentioned. I would give it -5 stars if I could . But worst of all my beautiful white chinchilla is now beige. I do not recommend us and will never buy this product from this company again. Back to Oxbow.

Clumpy texture, my chinchillas hate it

This dust is absolute crap. As others have said, it's clumpy and doesn't resemble dust texture at all like other brands. I know that this isn't just a bad batch because I accidentally bought this dust again recently, forgetting that it was this same brand of dust that I bought a year ago and also had the same horrible texture. My chinchillas hate it and refuse to bathe in it, when normally they're very eager and excited for their dust baths

Do not use!

No! This is the worst product for chinchillas or hamsters. What is in the bottle is like drywall dust!! I would not recommend this product!!! Do not use this!!! They have changed what they make it with. Do not buy!! Our chinchilla will feel gritty and dirty. They should feel smooth and soft! DO NOT USE ON YOUR CHINCHILLA OR ANY PET! j'ai reçu de très mauvais commentaires après l'avoir reçu..... j'ai voulu le retourner mais impossible.... retour interdit! No good at all.... tried to send it back for a refund....... can't do that...... so pay and keep it ... even if you don't want and like it...... too bad

Not as big of a dust mess

It's a little thicker of a dust then what I normally buy but we will see on how my chinchilla's coat does with this one. Doesn't create as big of a dust mess outside his dust bath.
