Dimensioni: 10L X 10W X 2H. Si adatta a qualsiasi Wok a fondo tondo. Anello Wok in filo di acciaio cromato.

Love this wok ring.
I totally enjoy using my Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring. Easy to clean, lightweight, stays in place on my gas stove, great for round-bottom woks. This Joyce Chen, Chrome Steel Wire Wok Ring is so much better to use with round bottom woks than the ring with multiple holes cut out of flat steel. This wok ring allows the flames to envelop the entire bottom of the wok without anything blocking the flames. It allows for even cooking with high heat and flames. It's also a great price. I've used it with 14-inch woks and it works great. Will soon purchase two 16 inch woks to see if it accommodates that size as well.

Essential for High-BTU Gas Burner
Solid construction. Plenty of airflow for gas burner and heat rising up the sides of a wok. The distance between the bottom of your wok and the burner will depend on the curvature of your wok. So, it may or may not be the proper diameter/height depending on the curvature of your wok and how high your burner sits. On my Heartland range, I remove the grate and put this ring directly on the part of the cooktop that contains spills and boiled over liquids. As a result, the ring is very steady and the bottom of my wok sits just a fraction of an inch from the inner flame of my burner; the positioning is perfect! I've tried other rings and none of them worked. Basically, all the others are short, solid aluminum or steel chimneys with a few holes for air circulation. But, this chimney style of wok is for electric ranges, not gas. They don't provide for enough oxygen for my high-BTU burner. And, the heat is trapped in within the chimney so it doesn't lap up the sides of the wok. The bottom center of the wok gets warm/hot but the rest stays cold. If you want a wok ring for a gas range, you must get a wire one like this. And the only wire ring I can find is this brand, Joyce Chen.

Heavy duty to hold cast iron pan
I am not using this for a wok. I was keeping my cast iron frying pan on the back burner which is also the burner the oven uses to vent the heat out. The pan was keeping the heat from escaping and causing the entire stovetop to become hot. Turned upside down, this ring is the perfect size to fit over a large burner. Very happy with it.

best raised burner pot support
imo this is the best wok stabilizer. it does not restrict heat distribution around the pot/pan/wok. i deducted one star due to how the ring material joins. that junction is jagged due to the cut ends of the wire coming together. they don't de-bur the ends of the wire. nothing that a file won't cure.

A little lightweight
This is a nice, well made wok ring. It is much lighter weight than I had hoped and so isn't quite as steady on my stove - slides around a little. I think it would be better for a smaller wok but it's not really very stable with a 14" one. I will probably use it as a stand. I do like the design which allows for the flame to hit evenly on the entire bottom of the wok. It's make of polished stainless steel so is easy to clean when you slop something on it.

Not a good solution for me
Too wide to fit around burner when set on range (Samsung 710) surface. Wide end too wide to set on the grate without an offset that makes the wok heat up on one side. Narrow end fits on the grate with wide end up, but wide end is too wide for my 16-inch wok. With the wide end up, the wok rests on the grate with a gap between the wok and the wok ring. This is okay..., but it makes the wok feel unstable since it has to rock before making contact with the ring. If they made the ring with 2 narrow rings, straight up and down and shorter, it would be perfect placing on top of the grate.

A required basic device that works
You need one of these in order to use a round bottom wok. This one is big enough to fit over my burners and is the right height over the flames. Does skid around, but it would take a heavy cast iron model to stay put better. You just have to pay attention. Some people tout the open design, as opposed to the sheetmetal versions to allow for proper flaming. That might be important. Seems to be well-built.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I ...
This is exactly what I was looking for. I have a flat bottom wok but a very old stove. The stove doesn't pump out enough BTU's to get the heat I need for a stir-fry. My friend told me that the flames should be licking the bottom of the wok to achieve that type of cooking. I take the grate off and carefully place this wire ring in its place. I then place the bottom of my wok through the ring. I am now able to successfully stir fry my food.

Heat loss
I purchased this to keep my wok away from the burner but I believe it would work for a gas stove better. Good quality but I only used it once. . I tried it and it kept the heat away from the wok so I had to remove it to get dinner cooked. I have a stainless steel wok and a glass cooktop. The food was burning and the heat was solely focused on the six inch bottom of my wok before I purchased this. It did not help me but I’m sure if you had a gas stove it might.

Works fine
Its a cheap metal stand for your wok. It works fine with a gas range burner. I use i t with a portable burner...a little finicky with that setup but still works. No problems foreseen.

Simplicity at its best
This product makes my life easy. This is such a simple product, I mean with only one part, is a fundamental design that fits my needs. It can work on both large burner and small burner by flipping upside down. So cute. I am sue it was designed by a smart person who like to help others. Well done. I don't need a wok holder to be designed in California and made in Asia. This great product can withstand hours of heat and still retain the sheen. Easy to clean and store. Well, I will buy it again.

This is not a stovetop wok ring.
Cheaply made but it works. This is NOT a wok ring for a stove! Do not get it confused with one of these:Wok Ring . It is meant for placing on your table to use your wok as a serving tray it releases the heat around the bottom so you don't burn your table -- the other ring is meant to trap the heat in. One star docked because the price does not match the manufacturing.
