REALLY NICE!

The media could not be loaded. Letting you know how much I love this product. Pay attention though it is pretty heavy! Which is good I like it that way it’s sturdy ,but some may need help moving it. It’s assembly was fairly easy I did struggle a bit with placing the 2 pegs into the holes it had to be lined up very exact evenly to push down. Directions are HORRID though. The light ring goes in the bottom slides on the peg sticking up. The pump goes in the bottom bowl (it will be submersed in the little cave area and the extra little flat rock plate is the cave door ifthat helps the cut out notch goes bottom right on the plate so the led lights cord can fit to the cave. Slide all the wires out the back cut out area. The clear tube that will go in the hole towards the bottom bowl cave to connect with the top part on the pump. The fountain has a wonderful sound of running water. The water noise level (no pump sounds just water trickle) is higher then my previous fountain but I love it! Very peaceful. The rock painted design would fit in well with a natural landscape look I added river rock to mine it was not included and I’m going to buy more for the bottom bowl too. I’m loving it!

Sparkling Water and Calming Sound of Waterfalls

Excellent fountain for the money! The little sparkly waterfalls are so pretty and the sound of the flowing water is so calming. I can hear the sound of the flowing water from all areas of the yard. It drowns out neighborhood noises a little and I look forward to birds and chipmunks visiting it for a drink. I agree with one customer that the directions needed 2 clarifications: to put the pump in the little "cave" on the bottom level; and then put the little flat rock "plate" in front of the cave to hide the fountain. Also, the tube was not easy to place onto the pump so we applied Vaseline to help put the tube on the pump. I filled the bottom bowl with water as per the directions, and then after turning on the pump, I had to add a bit more to keep the pump submerged nicely, since it pumped some of the water up to the "waterfalls" areas. The water flow is definitely adjustable by rotating the front circular "loover" area on the pump. I know from experience that pond type pumps get clogged easily so I expect that to happen. So, I will just turn on the pump when we are sitting outside so as not to clog up the pump too quickly..

Not the best purchase.

Bought this less than a year ago. When it came it had a small piece broken off the back. It wasn’t noticeable enough to return so I didn’t. The back panel doesn’t fit either so I keep the back opening covered with a rock. That was disappointing but again I didn’t want to pack it back up and return it. At night it looks great with the light on. Until the light quit working today. I brought it inside over the winter and packed the light in bubble wrap so it would last and not get broken. It worked for 2 weeks after I put it out in my garden again. Now I’m really bummed.

Wonderful water sound, very quiet pump

This fountain was bought to replace one that was over ten years old. It fits in the front border like it was made for the space. You cannot hear the pump at all, just the water. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that you could not have the water on and the light off. I read other reviews complaining that the light went out. Sure enough, the light went out in less than two months. That was a plus for me!

Arrived with multiple cracks and won't hold water

Let's start with what I like about this fountain. It is very nice looking and pretty easy to put together. When I first got it together and added water it looked lovely. The down side is that the fountain arrived with multiple cracks throughout and a major piece on the front was broken into many pieces. I added water and the water leaked out within about 1 hour. It's too much trouble to send back, so I'm going to try to glue the cracks and broken pieces so it will work. Fingers crossed.

Hard to put back cover on

This is nice but smaller than expected, I am having to fill more often than I wanted too. I purchased 2 and have still not been able to get the back cover on either of them.

Not as big as I had hoped

I wanted something bigger for the yard but since it is small I put it on the deck. Very soothing
