Looks great

Looks better than most resin fountains. I was afraid it would be that cheap plastic look, but it actually looks pretty nice. There is a small amount of splash so make sure you account for that when placing it.

ADDITIONAL SETTUP INFO: IMPORTANT

Here’s what I wish others had said in their reviews: the instructions are vague, and you need to plug your fountain into a GCIF outlet. What is a GCIF outlet? I didn’t know before either, but most likely you have them in your bathroom, but not your back yard—they’re the outlets with the little black and red buttons. You can buy extension chords that have these built in, and you absolutely must (it’s law and also they are designed to prevent electrical fires) use a GCIF outlet. Now, about the instructions: they don’t tell you how where to put the water or anything. Open up the back panel of the fountain (it slides) and take out the chords. You leave the pump in. Then fill water into the back, making sure it’s enough to cover the pump. Then, plug in your GCIF extension to any outlet, THEN plug in the pump and light chords to the extension. The order is important. The fountain will turn on as soon as it’s plugged in, and you can use the dial on the pump to change the water speed.

Great Fountain!

I researched outdoor fountains extensively before buying this one last May. Having just cleaned it and put it away for the winter, I can safely say that I am very pleased with my purchase. At this price point, it was very difficult to find a lighted fountain. The lights on this fountain look wonderful at night. I especially liked that there is a separate plug for the lights. I was able to plug the lights into a light sensitive timer so that they go on only after dark. I did not have any trouble with the bulbs. Extra bulbs are included in the box, which are good to have. The water flow is excellent. In fact, it might be too strong for some. Expect to hear a steady pouring sound rather than a light trickle. I believe the good water flow helps prevent clogging. Debris seems to settle inside the lower resevoir (which is not visible). I never had to clean this fountain because it became clogged, as with other fountains I've had. That being said, cleaning it is not easy. To do it right, you really have to disconnect the top tier and drain the water from there. Otherwise it seems impossible to get all the water and debris out of the bottom. But I wouldn't let this stop you from buying, as I only had to clean it twice in 5 months (the second time being before I put it away for the winter). Again, I was very happy with my purchase. It's a great fountain at a great price.

An attractive water fountain

Other than arriving slightly damaged which fortunately were easy to repair the fountain works well. . The water flows so nicely and the fountain is lit at night. The price was reasonable and truly nothing really to assemble. Again the packaging could have been more protective. But we do like this very much!!

Great fountain for the price

Wanted a fountain for our backyard garden. This one is perfect. Love the sound and the lights at night. Putting it together was a little tricky as the directions are poor. I also wish that the lights and the pump worked together as it requires two outlets (extension cords etc)

Nice fountain for the money but customer service is so so

When we first received the fountain, we found the casing of the pump cracked. In an attempt to reach out to customer service, I e-mailed them as per the owners manual. Every attempt to e-mail was returned as possible spam. I went from full description and included the picture above all the way down to "how can I reach out to you?" All messages were returned as possible SPAM. We liked the fountain to start as it flowed nicely and did not splash. But over time the streams seemed to get rougher, and it began to splash out causing it to empty out quicker.

Nice addition to the garden but…

The fountain arrived in one solid piece so it was easy to set up, fill and you’re ready to go. It did arrive with a couple cracks but nothing that affected how it worked or could really be seen so I kept it. it’s nice to hear the sound of the running water when you’re sitting near the garden. The biggest thing I didn’t realize was how much water would splatter out of the different levels of the fountain and therefore I have to fill it up often. Especially on windy days. But overall I’m happy with it.
