Difficult To Maintain...

This is a good looking water feature in my garden. But it's very difficult to service and clean. The pump is hard to access and it frequently needs cleaning. Access to the tiny pump is by disassembling the top of the fountain and pulling it completely apart. I mean COMPLETELY! After cleaning, replacing the pump inside the device takes 2 people and 4 hands. I like the looks of this fountain, but would not buy it again. Some forethought on how to access the mechanics for simple maintenance and cleaning wouldn't be too much to expect! It's just poorly designed and I just dread the job of clearing the tiny tubing and getting it looking nice again. Birds like it though...

Fabulous outdoor fountain

This fountain is beautiful and works perfectly. It makes a soft waterfall sound and just runs continuously for days on end. We live in New Jersey and have had a heat wave, and haven't had to attend to this fountain in over a week. We almost didn't get it b/c of a bad review, but I can't be more pleased! It's a winner. We're so glad we chose to buy this fountain.

Not worth the money

Only had for two months and the pump stop working.

They all leak

Fountain is painted to look like bronze/copper. I returned one because the base leaked. I received a replacement, it also leaks.

Would not recommend this fountain

The fountain quit working after two weeks but suppose to receive new base and pump so it will work again. Received new base and it is working only if you have a exact amount of water in the base. If you have to much water then the water flows to fast and splashes everywhere. If you have to little water then the water will not flow. I would not recommend this product to any one unless you have the time to monitor the water level. Unplugged mine and have given up on having a fountain for now until I recoup from the cost of this one and buy something else.
