Review searches like me
Works well for an electric. Cord and power hose have plenty of length. Only issue with plug in cord is it has to go into a wall or outside socket directly. Depending on where and how Your using this, it will play a factor. Please do not be the person who plugs it into an extension cord anyways it's not safe. A longer non tangle pressure hose would solve the issue safer. If You are over 5"6 this gun attachment and concrete cleaning is not Your friend. While there is plenty of power for what it is, getting very close is still necessary for Max results. Require hand grip consistanty and for larger hands the gun is not thick enough. Like trying to squeeze a pencil. Attaching water hose is a bit tricky to get tight enough but is able and doesn't leak if can get it just right. Soap container i think is just there for show and leaks from the plug on bottom. Duct tape fixed that. This part could be user error or a bad bottom plug seal. Easy moving but shouldn't require a lot of moving. Light weight but heavy enough not to tip. Doesn't sit to high off the ground so be mindful of placement. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. However, I would not have paid full price for this knowing the power that comes with it. I would spend more and get more power. Got this $80+ off and am happy with what I paid for.

Great cleaner for drive way
I had drive way of bricks and concrete and moss has been slowly but surely growing in between. Attempt at cleaning by sweeping led to huge amount of dust and was difficult and slow. This pressure washer made the job doable and manageable. Moss were blown away and pavement became brighter, as pressure washing was done. Low setting was not quite enough, but high pressure setting was just right, to clean the pavement. I was pleasantly surprised how easily the hoses connected without a single drop of water leaking. Also, there were safety built into it, like unit powering down if water is off, and built in GFIC into power cord. Design of the washer is robust, with center of mass near ground and with large wheels, so it was stable and there was no danger of it tilting (unlike some other pressure washers that looks like a vacuum cleaner). I saw in a review that tip can rust, but I saw that tip comes off easily, being quick disconnect, and one can see water hole, if one holds it against the light, and included with the washer is a fine wire to clear any clog in the nozzle/tip. One thing that surprised me was how much dirt and water spray results from pressure washing - shoes and pants get very soiled, but I guess this is unavoidable result of cleaning. I would recommend this pressure washer to anyone with drive way to clean. It also appears to work well to wash car.

Warranty Registration
Use caution when registering an item with SnowJoe. Doing so on their website or via phone, they insist that you provide your email address and phone number. The catch is you CANNOT OPT OUT of receiving advertisements from them. I refused to provide the data they wanted and provided a snail mail address for contact and told them if I had a warrant problem I would contact them and at that time I would provide an email address and phone number. Works for me but I should not have to jump through those hoops of fire! Hopefully, having to send ADs to my physical address will be a deterrent for them to send such. If so, I can easily drop them in the trash.

Does the job!
No electric power washer is nearly as strong as most gas units, but the SPX4000-Pro is great for light to medium-duty chores. The convenience of being able to store it indoors without gasoline (especially in the winter) is a bonus. The SPX4000 replaced an SPX3000 that got damaged (which was a canister style). The SPX4000 upright design is really more convenient with easy hose and power cord storage. Easy to hang a foam cannon and pistol-type gun from the handle, too. Larger wheels & bottom-heavy design make it more stable. All-in-all, a better design. The SPX hoses are too short (20') but are more flexible than hoses that come with other brands.

Good design good pressure washer
It's stable doesn't tip over. I wish they'd find a way to make the sprayer cable and the power cable more flexible. Good item though.

Great value
This is the first pressure washer I've owned, but I did a lot of research before I purchased this. I feel like this has enough pressure to do most cleaning projects. The professional black nozzle this comes with seems to make the most of the highest pressure this thing can output by quickly rotating a 0-degree blast in a circle to cover more area. I used this attachment to clean my garage floor and it was able to clean off most stains. This washer is relatively quiet and shuts off instantly when you stop spraying and starts right back up when you engage the nozzle again. I debated getting the extension hose, but I don't think it's needed. When you get this model with the wheeled frame, it's fairly easy to maneuver and the high-pressure hose twists up pretty easily anyway, so I wouldn't want to deal with more of that hose twisting up. It's already long enough to pretty easily wash my entire car with minimal movement. The attachments pop on and off super easily. My biggest criticism is the length of the spray wand. I'm 6 foot, so to spray the ground I have to bend or hunch over and this puts a lot of strain on your back after doing longer jobs.

Stopped working after 5 months.
Used it quite a lot in 5 months but motor stopped running. Paid $123 for it I pretty much got what I paid for….

Awsome power washer, but don't buy it here I found it on the sunjoe website for $100.00 less $180.00 CAD. regular priceordwr from the manufacturer website. I'm going to return it & order from the manufacturer.

Terrible Thread problem
Thread for main water inlet line is terrible...Leaks with proper tighten. I did over tighten with pipe wrench to fix leaking. Now I have problem to replace the hose.It gives me hard time to do it.

Very pleased
Works great! Renewed our neglected decks. It took a lot of work because they were never cleaned before but now we get compliments on how great the decks look. Now that we have it, it should take a lot less effort to maintain them. We also used Thompson’s Waterseal so that too should help.

It leaks water and the pressure is dropped considerably after using it twice
I bought it last year and used only twice. This year however, the first time that I decided to used it, I noticed that there is a significant water leakage from underneath of the pressure washer and also I noticed that the power was dropped significantly only after using it twice. During winter I kept it inside and made sure it's kept in the garage after each use. I don't recommend it.

Gets it done
I didn’t have high hopes at this price point but this little SunJoe gets it done at 2000psi. This is my carport deck after 2yrs, I didn’t even have to go to full power. And quiet! I got to listen to music while I worked. No offence to my old gas powered Honda but I’m hooked on this tiny powerhouse. Appreciate the nozzle collection as well, washing the truck and house has been a breeze.
