Good for us, maybe not for everyone
Used for the first time yesterday. It doesn't have the power I hoped for but it completed the job of washing our travel trailer. It would me great for washing cars. Not sure about siding. We had to use a sponge mop to get the dirt off, otherwise the job would have taken all day bc the sprayer had to be held about 3inches from the dirty area to actually remove the dirt without a sponge to help. This item did the job for our needs but it probably wouldn't be efficient on heavier dirty jobs.

Where do I find parts??
This little pressure washer performs the jobs I bought it for. Vinyl fence and vinyl siding. But...I loaned it out and that person stripped the plastic fitting that the water hose connects too and I have no clue where I can purchase another one. UPDATE: Earthwise replaced it with a new machine at no cost to me. Great customer service! And the new replacement has a metal fitting rather than the cheap plastic. Win win

Junk used 4 times
Unit used 4 different time since purchase, will not run only surges regardless of what I try Including fixes on seller site. Using yesterday (4th time) running great than went from full continual pressure to a stream and surging. Purchased 12/9/2022 Return Deadline 1/31/23 yet box says 1Yr. Will reach out to mfg, today and then update Had to give it 1 star to submit; deserves 0

Perfect light duty pressure washer!
I bought this for washing cars. Definitely does the trick, degreased the engine bay and rinsed with this. It cleaned it up nicely and was able to remove stuck on grime. Great for light duty use but I wouldn't want to do a house or big deck/patio. It does what I expected it to and I am looking forward to many more car washes with it!

Not satisfied
Earthwise sent me 2 pressure washers. Neither of them worked. I am now past the time to receive a refund from Amazon and Earthwise is only offering to send me yet another pressure washer. I purchased the item to do a project at my house and I will now be required to rent a pressure washer.

Don't Waste Your Money
This is really a piece of junk. It worked for one year. The second season I was unable to keep the water source hose attached to the unit. Kept popping off. To complete a project, I had to remove the hose filter to keep the hose attached.After a few hours the unit stopped building up pressure and basically became a hose with a nozzle on it and not a pressure washer. I contacted the company and they said that there was only a 1 year warranty so nothing they could do. Good to know that this product is only expected to last one year.

Failed on my 3rd use!
It is a light-duty machine, but I only use it a couple of times each summer for various cleaning projects. This summer I was doing my siding. Others above complained about the proprietary fitting hose. There are experts on YouTube who discuss this, noting that most electric pressure washers, especially at the lower end, use proprietary fittings. I went to Home Depot to rent an extension wand, and they warned me that it would likely not fit to my hose. Already knowing that, I had purchased a hose and some fittings/adapters online that would fit to the extension wand. And the "alteration" worked just fine! However, after completing the second side of my house I moved everything over to the 3rd side, but when I went to start the washer.... NOTHING. The extension cord indicated that it had power. The GFCI indicated that there was power going to the motor. I pulled it to trip it; then reset it. Still nothing. So for no apparent reason the motor would no longer work. Incredibly frustrating, given that I was using this for maybe its 3rd time! I spoke with American Lawnmower (apparent owner of the Earthwise product line). They told me to do a sequence of resetting and testing on the GCFI, which apparently solved others' problems. And that "fix" did not work for me. So I tried the old "wrap the TV" trick. Managed to get the pump to turn on, but after I turned it off it wouldn't turn back on again. Wrapped it several more times and finally got the pump to turn on again. Apparently they installed very poor quality ON/OFF switches into these machines! For right now I left the switch in the ON position and will "hopefully" be able to use it this way, relying on the gun to turn the motor off and on, and the GFCI plug when I want it off for an extended period. A pain in the butt while I try to get a resolution on the warranty. American Lawnmower indicated that if I bought the machine in the past year they'll honor the warranty - they won't be persnicketty about the exact date as long as I can prove that I bought it within a reasonable time of a year ago. (I need to find my receipt or get the store to reprint it for me if they can.) Update: After a another day of use I determined that the problem was, in fact, the GFCI plug - NOT the ON-OFF switch, or anything to do with the pump or motor. After getting the equipment to work, if I disconnected the plug or otherwise shut the power off to it, or if I "jostled" the plug, then the machine would either stop running or would not start. I retrieved my receipt and found out that it was purchased 2 years ago - not last year. I called the company back with that information, and asked if they would send me a replacement GFCI plug. They would not do that because of safety concerns (wiring in a new plug outside of their control. Such plugs are available at big box stores, but they run about 1/3 the price that I paid for the entire machine!) The customer rep indicated that he would email me a link for me to upload a scan of my receipt, and then would try to authorize their sending me a replacement unit. This would be very nice... if it happens. I uploaded my receipt four days ago, and am still waiting for their response.
