Everything I hoped it would be! Long live standard mouth!
I had originally bought the wide mouth hydro flask and it would smell like a dirty moldy dish rag after a few hours! Mind you this was a brand new bottle only a few days old. After returning it, I went for the standard mouth bottle and it is everything I hoped it would be. Does not require the same frequency of cleaning, and is much more simple to disassemble when compared to the wide mouth bottles cap. I only wish it came in a 32oz size, but it is exactly what I wanted.

Quality thermos
The tight neck on this thermos really holds the heat in. It keeps boiling water hot for at least 5 or 6 hrs. Cold things stay cold longer than that. I like how easy it is to clean with a bottle brush. The cap is a great design. One thing I’m weary of is hollow caps that allow liquid in. Had a bad experience with other brands. This one isn’t like that. It’s high quality and just uses a rubber gasket to seal.

Great alternative to single-use water bottles
There are many companies trying to imitate Hydro Flask, but I haven't found one that matches their quality. They are durable, and the paint seems to last forever. I love the color selection that they offer, as well as the nice selection of accessories. They are expensive, but to me they are worth the price.

Keeps the water cold for hours!
This bottle will keep ice and water colder for a longer period of time. It fits in my golf card perfectly!!!

Conducted a temperature test. How long to stay hot?
Full hot water from the faucet. I think our water heater is set at 125°F so maybe conservatively I’ll say that the water temperature started at 115. I set it outside at exactly 9 PM last night. I picked it up at exactly 9 AM this morning. the starting temperature at 9 PM was 44°F and the ending temperature at 9 AM this morning was 32. And when I drink it this morning, I’m gonna say that the water felt like bathwater so probably 80° (I go swimming at the YMCA a lot, so I feel confident that it was 80°F) So that’s a temperature drop of 35° in the water over a 12 hour period where the average temperature was 38°F outside. So I’d say that the thermos has some thermal insulation properties probably would be good on a short hike in some freezing temperatures. So I plan on keeping this thermos for some shorter hikes that may not be quite as cold, but for hikes longer than three hours in temperatures approaching 0°F, a double capped thermos I’m going to estimate will be a better choice. other notables: Leakproof. I also got this thermos specifically for its size. I wanted something that maintained the same cross-section throughout its entire height. I did not want narrow at the bottom and wider at the top. and I wanted something that was no bigger than 3 inches in diameter, so that it fit perfectly in the side pocket of my bag shown in the picture. I got the 21 ounce version so that it’s not too tall that it would possibly fall out of the side pocket of my bag. and I can put the side strap of the backpack through the loop of the cap for extra security that it won’t fall out. Also, there’s another lady at my workplace that had this exact same thermos and she is an avid hiker and has used it for many years and it’s her favorite thermos.

Bon produit. Bon rapport qualité prix si vous prenez la couleur la moins chère. Il peut y avoir une différence allant jusqu'à 15$ sur certains choix de couleurs.

If you're on the fence...just buy it, you won't regret it.
After buying this, I've realized the reason I don't drink a lot of water is because in a traditional water bottle, the water tends to get warm throughout the day...and who likes lukewarm water? This thing keeps cold water cold for the entire day. I'm starting to drink more water now because cold water tastes great.
