It really cuts! I only use plastic items due to that metal rusts, even stainless steel and fungi are attracted to all metals which cause infections to the skin. Fungi r also rust and not just mold. Fungi love to live in moist places whether on metal or on the body. All microbes do. So, I use only plastic whenever I can. Other plastic utensils' sets break easily in your mouth or while you are handling them in your food because they r brittle. This set of Gobites Trio is really sturdy and the knife can cut. Since I don't eat meat, I don't know if it can cut raw meat. However, there is a metal part in the knife that is intended to be used as bottle opener. The maker of Gobites should stick to plastic and shouldn't add any metal at all. Yet, I love the set so much that I gave it five stars. Microbes living in my hands cause my hands to be clumsy and cut my hands when I use metal knife. All chefs or housewife or househusband experience bloodshed when using metal knives. So, Gobites Trio's Owner, can you make plastic shopping carts as well. Every shopping cart rust even though they r coated with paint. Once the rust sets it, the microbial mold control the host. Rust is mold. The fungi mimic their environment and rust is part of the fungal infections that plague earth. Fungi cause cough, fainting, dizziness, respiratory infections, etc. On metal, the fungi camouflage as rust and love to live in the moist places on mankind's body. If you keep experience fainting, know that fungi stole your body and they camouflage as rust (red mold), black mold, white mold, green mold, yellow mold, of all colors of the rainbow. And they r all dangerous. So, Gobites Trio's maker if you make plastic shopping carts like you make this Gobites Trio, you will be protecting the inhabitants of the planet against infections.

Great Knife
Bought two sets (the blue one and the red one) for my wife and I. Very useful and portable, but what has us both pretty amazed is the way the knife cuts! I’ve tried it on limes, steak, chicken, etc., and works perfectly. The spoon and knife are also great. The tooth pick is a plus, but the star of it all is definitely the knife.

Got this to have a set of flat wear at my desk at work. I didn't think it through, as I could have gotten actual tableware for much less, but I really like these. The material is very sturdy, and feels very nice in the hand while eating. The shape of both the handle and the business end of the fork and spoon are just right. The slightly-sharpened edges of the fork for cutting is perfect. I haven't had any need to use the knife yet, but the serrated edge is surprisingly sharp. I can see that it would have no trouble cutting through any kind of meat, even over-cooked steaks. The bottle opener in the choil is a nice touch. Everything fits beautifully in the very nice, very slim case. It all slips into my briefcase very nicely and takes up very little room. I found myself looking for excuses to eat with these rather than my regular flatware, even at home. I will probably end up buying one or two more sets, for picnicking and any other outdoor eating activities. Looking forward to trying other products from Humangear.

Works as advertised
Very sturdy, the knife easily cuts pork chops, chicken breast, and steak. It can open my coronna and the tooth pick even works!

Lightweight and strong
All the utensils work just like silverware except the tines on the fork don't work as well but still do the job. Ideal for backpackers who want a knife, fork and spoon because they are very lightweight. The bottle opener on the knife is a nice addition. Save some room in your backpack and lose the case.

Very good quality.
I needed plastic utensils for work, and looked at a bunch of different brands. These got good reviews repeatedly, so I decided to try them. They are absolutely perfect for my needs and do exactly as they claim, and are built exactly as they are described. Very sturdy plastic, easy to use, and easy to clean. I also love the plastic case that comes with it, and it has a separate slot that the utensils 'snap' into. This is a really, really excellent product for anyone who absolutely needs plastic utensils for work, or on the go. I would highly recommend Humangear Go bites trio travel kit.

Great, the plastic of the ustensiles is very hard and the knife is surpringly sharp. Seems to be good quality and I appreciate the plastic case. I hope that they will pass the airport test as I plan to bring them along for a trip. In the meantime, they are very useful for my daughter at school. Super, le plastique des ustensiles est très dur et le couteau est coupant. Semble être de bonne qualité et j'apprécie l'étuit de plastique. J'espère qu'ils passeront le test de l'aéroport car je planifie les apporter en voyage. En attendant, ils sont utiles pour ma fille à l'école.

Killer stocking stuffer!
Got it for the wife. She loves it. Didn't know there was a toothpick at first. Found it later. Very sturdy and dishwasher friendly. And not afraid to lose it. As it's a great price and easy to replace compared to an actual cultury set.

Scharfes Ding
Ein kleines Plastiketui, darin Messer, Löffel und Gabel. Die Utensilien sind ebenfalls aus Plastik, machen aber keinen "billigen" Eindruck. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Schärfe des Messers; damit kann man gut z.B. Tomaten schneiden. Die Einzelteile sind leicht zu reinigen und lassen sich ohne Probleme aus dem Etui nehmen und wieder zurückstecken. Ich kann es für Camper, Wanderer und alle anderen, die Besteck sicher und sauber mitnehmen möchten, nur empfehlen.

Great product
I was looking for a reusable cutlery set and came across this one. There are lots of options out there but this one is very durable. The case also secures each item. I really recommend this as an alternative to using disposable cutlery.
