“I enjoy this smell of this product

“I enjoy this smell of this product, it is calming. I purchased it to use as a cold compress as I recently had ACL surgery. The only reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 is that the compress does not get as cold as other compresses. Otherwise it works great and comfortably fits my knee.”

Pretty good

So far, so good. Bought this for my grandmother who has stage 4 osteoarthritis in her knees. She's very, very close to settling for knee replacement at this point, and I wanted to get something that will at least alleviate the pain and stiffness somewhat. I like that this is at least a cold/heat therapy option for her, but she firmly believes cold will not help her at this point. So, she heats it up for a minute and 30 seconds and she says she does notice it's a bit easier to move. Obviously, nothing is going to really fix this problem without surgery, but I'm glad she says it helps even a little bit to move better. And she says laying down at night that she can have the heat on her knee and the padding helps to avoid her knees resting against one another. The only thing not 100℅ is she can't successfully keep the thing up on her knee as she's walking around the house UNLESS she puts on the straps pretty tight, so this is probably why I see her sitting down with it a lot. All around, nice hot/cold therapy option without needing a heat blanket with cord or a bag full of ice that starts to sting.

A Great Product!! Very Effective!!

This is a great product!! I use it in conjunction with physical therapy, as I recently had knee surgery. The herbs are also a nice touch!! The only negative I find is the heat option doesn't last long, but this is MY personal issue since you really shouldn't make it too hot or you'll burn your skin!! But I do understand that it's a safety thing, and doesn't reflect negatively on the company. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!! I Haven't used the cold option yet, but I'm sure it's fine. This item is very well made, and makes the knee feel much better before and after exercising. Thanks to the designer. Very nice!!

Great Product.

I purchased this because of arthritis in my knees. After a particularly rough day this product arrived. I quickly heated the wrap and put it on the worse knee. By the time the wrap had cooled the pain was pretty much gone and I was able to get comfortable enough to sleep (first time several days). I immediately ordered two more, one to keep in the freezer for when ice would be best and one for the other knee if I need heat on both. If I find enough space in my freezer I may get one more in case I need ice on both knees.

El material con el que esta hecho no es adecuado para el use para el que esta hecho. Con una semana de uso se rajo y empezo a perder el gel.
